Gentle on the hair
Great product and really does save your hair from damage. It’s abit smelly and the rinsing part is quite long but it’s worth it if you don’t want to damage your hair with bleach. I was very pleasantly surprised. Great value for money

Do not buy
Apart from smelling like sulphur this did absolutely nothing to remove any colour or colour build up. Follows the instructions to the T and nada! Waste of money.

Nightmare product
Would give negative stars if I could, no English instructions and then when followed pictures and instructions online, there’s no change in my hair colour but it smells rancid and my hairs falling out.

Good
Good product been using it for many years but if your hair been processed many times it might not be enough to remove the colour pigment. But overall excellent to remove hair dye to avoid getting it too dark. A plus is it doesn’t smell bad as the others similar products do. I recommend. Thanks! ☺️

Did not work for me
It didn’t do what is claimed it does. Did not remove the colour even though I followed the instructions. It didn’t even make it any lighter. Wouldn’t recommend.

Okay but leaves hair with reddish tint
For context, I am a natural brunette and got my hair professionally dyed black almost a year ago, the most recent touch up beinf december so it was pretty faded. I had previously used at home solutions such as baking soda, lemon and clarifying shampoo which worked a small bit. I also used a cheap dye remover which did nothing. On seperate occasions I used a total of 3 boxes of the B4 colour remover, (my hair is thick and shoulder length) what i noticed is the colour lifted very well from my roots but not my ends, which gives it a “grown out” look. Not my thing. It also gave a very reddish undertone to my hair and in some lightings pieces look more red then others. Multiple people in my life have asked if I dyed my hair a reddy-brown so it’s not just me being dramatic. Out of all the crappy ways i’ve tried to get it out, this without a doubt worked the best but it wasn’t AMAZING. but it has to be considered that black is a very hard colour to get out. Don’t use if u don’t wanna look like a fox!
