Great for flat feet
A doctor years ago suggested these to my husband for his very flat feet. He puts them in all his shoes. They have really helped his foot pain.

Be careful... These are very thick, so make sure your shoes can accommodate them. My foot was pinched when I tested one of them in my shoe, but since I had tested one of the 6 pads, they were no longer eligible for a return so now I'm stuck with these giant pads that don't fit in any of my family members' shoes.
