Holds nicely...easy enough to remove...added it my arsenal of tapes to keep my body moving in comfort. Would recommend.

Once you put this on it works in about 10 minutes. I have lower back problems and it helps. Easy to use, no smell and very durable.

My chiropractor started using this brand of tape on me for a few pains in my feet and wrist, which prompted me to purchase the Theraband. The adhesion works well, usually making it thru about 4-5 showers before the adhesion starts to wear off. It is definitely a game changer for my pain. It is a bit pricey compared to other brands, but in this case, you get what you pay for. I initially purchased another brand at a lower price but the adhesion was poor, as I was having to change the other brand after each shower.

I thought this was the same tape used by my physical therapist; however, it does not adhere very well. It only lasts 24 hours or less. It is also a bit more irritating than the other tape used by my PT. I will not purchase again. After some more evaluation, the tape sticks very well to skin, however, overlapping the tape is where the issue is. Be sure to have a lot of skin contact with the tape.

My surgeon wrapped my wrist with this after I had surgery when I broke my wrist and that stuff works fantastic it’s great for pain and I actually use it also for my arthritis in my hands it works better than the arthritis gloves that I’ve ordered. And there is a website on the box inside that you can pull up and it will show you how to put it on every part of your body for pain the stuff is fantastic

I am a professional therapist and need cut to fit tape for my clients. I've tried many brands and this one has good adhesive and longevity compared to more expensive names

I have a minor knee injury, and this muscle tape has been effective so far. I haven't tried it during running or sweating yet, but the tape is definitely worth considering if you're looking for relief and support.
