Fit like a glove! Did not even have to modify my zero turn to make it work!

I will never purchase anything from this vendor. Amazon's website said this muffler would fit the Briggs and Stratton engine I purchased that fit a John Deere mower. It didn't fit, I returned it and got charged a restocking fee. I should not be charged a restocking fee if their product isn't correct or fit and recommend for the engine I purchased. I am a prime member, so much for benefits.

All the mounting holes lined up perfect but you’re going to need to purchase hardware and gaskets separately. I ended up using 5 bolts that were 5/16-18unc thread and 3/4” long with thick washers and a lock washer. The support hole on the engine needed to be drilled out slightly larger and tapped for the 5/16 bolt. This muffler is effective and decently built but don’t expect to run the engine for long periods of time without ear protection.

Wasn’t sure what to expect, but the part came earlier than promised, and it is excellent quality. Bolted directly to the engine without any fuss, and the flanges were perfectly flat and in alignment. Made for an easy install. Mower sounds great and much quieter as well.

This exhaust assembly was recommended with my purchase of a 27 hp b&s. It fit perfect. It doesn't come with gaskets which you will need. Luckily I had a few different sets to work with. Fired up the engine and it sounded quieter than the replaced 25 hp b&s, imagine that! Very satisfied with this product. Fit the gravely pro turn 60 zero turn mower the same as original. Very happy customer with a new 27 hp b&s plus new exhaust. It's great to repower expensive equipment yourself.
