has anyone tried mixing these with aloe to keep from spreading on fabric?

When using on washable fabric how do you heat set?

Let paint dry first and then Iron with a cloth over the painted area making sure to move the iron no steam I wash my fabric before I paint on it

Are these concentrated in a way that you add water to dilute them? Or do you use them straight from the bottle?

It depends on the effect you want. I think they are often used straight from the bottle, but for a watercolor effect they can be diluted. The small pack is a great way to just try them out. A little goes quite a way with these.

Can this be used on silk charmeuse?

I have very limited experience with only cotton. Check out the Dharma website.
