Description
Sometimes a song can save your life. Love of music unites the four members of the band Given: hotheaded guitarist Uenoyama, playboy drummer Akihiko, gentle bassist Haruki, and Mafuyu, a singer gifted with great talent and burdened by past tragedy. AMAZING PICKUP
I was so excited to pick up Vol 6 of Given! Ever since I watched the series this has been one of my favorite series and if you are into in-the-life type stories about a couple of young men in a band trying to make it to the top I definitely would recommend this book. The only problem is that there were a couple of scratches and dents when it arrived which isn't really a big deal, to be honest. Again I would definitely recommend picking this up!

Character development at its best
In Given, things just don’t happen for no reason. This is a great BL story because it is character driven. Sometimes it becomes frustrating and you get annoyed with the characters but it’s because you’ve learn to love them and feel for them. It’s enjoyable even if frustrating at times but ultimately it rewards you for sure. And Natsuki Kizu’s art has a very unique way of conveying expressions and feelings.
