The led tag package included the PC software in the CD. You should install the software to your window PC, Then open the software to edit your own messages and click "send", The message will display on the name badge after 3 seconds. Its very easy to do, just select the right model number and you can type whatever you like, the badge can do many options, scroll left, right, up down, numerous other animations. This badge is great.

Can you run this on a mac/apple?

Dear customer, this programmable on Windows PC(Win10 /8.1 /8 /7 /Vista /XP /2000 /98SE ),Unavailable for Mac/Apple. Please understand. Of course, if your computer cannot use the CD driver, please contact us by email and we will send a file to download the programming software.

What is the battery life?

Led badge has four different brightness settings. Setting different brightness and the use time is also different. The higher the setting the quicker it drains. In daylight, the 25% brightness level is fine.you can use about 8 hours, and led tag has two small batteries, so please don't worry about power failure in a short time.

What's the best way to mount this outside on a wall or off the ceiling without someone stealing or vandalizing it?
