Can't beat their customer service. I bought this hose a couple of years ago, and the sprinkler nozzle started leaking and the stream of water failed to shut off unless I pulled back on the handle. I contacted J&B XpandaHose and reported the problem on June 2 I got a reply the next day, June 3, asking for a copy of my Amazon invoice and a picture showing the issue. This company sent the replacement on June 4, and I received it on June 5th. You really have to admire a company that stands by their warrantee and has this kind of customer service. Importantly, both my wife and I really like this expandable hose. It is soooo much easier watering the flowers around the house, without having to struggle with a heavy, stiff, kink able regular hose. When we are finished using this hose, It easily coils back into a large flowerpot, for use the next time.

First, I should say that I never want any hose other than this one. I love the lightness of the hose and how easy it is to carry around, and it's stretchability is amazing! As childish as this sounds, I also get a lot entertainment value out of it. When I turn the water on and watch the hose uncurl like a snake, I could sit and watch it do this over and over. But what I really want other customers to know is that J&B's customer service support is probably the most outstanding I've ever experienced. They aren't kidding when they say their products have a lifetime warranty. I had a leaking problem with the hose nozzle and contacted them over a weekend. A few hours later, I heard back from one of the owners telling me that my replacement was on the way. In a world where many businesses make it difficult or almost impossible for customers to get a warranty replacement without groing through all sorts of gyrantions, I was astounded about the ease and speed with which J&B responded to my request. Great business to deal with! Highly recommend them not only for their wonderful products but their follow-up responsiveness to customers.

I bought 3 of these hoses for backyard & front yard locations after other expandable hoses did not last. I liked the 4-layer latex core and brass construction of the J&B Hose. Unfortunately, I did have one of the J&B hoses burst, but I contacted them and immediately they responded. They were very professional and understanding. They asked me to follow some "return" instructions which I did. And they replied immediately to let me know they had shipped a new hose to me. It took about a week, but I have it and I'm already using it. I give them a 5 STAR because I think they have great customer service, a great hose and they stand behind their warranty!

I have been using the J&B 75 ft XpandaHose for six years on my front porch and I NEVER want to use anything else. The product is outstanding, and the customer service is SUPERB! The company stands behind their product! Not many companies do anymore. When I am not using the hose, I release the pressure and it contracts to almost nothing and is not noticeable in the corner behind my flower pot. When I need to water, I turn it on, it expands and I can water my garden, my front lawn or wash my car without having to drag a heavy hose or ask someone to help me. The hose started leaking before we were going on a spring break trip and I was afraid the potted plants and new grass seed would die before we got back if there was no hose for my neighbor to water with. I sent an email to J&B, with pictures of the dripping hose, order number, and summary of the time constraint we were under. I received a return email the same day saying that a replacement was on the way. The replacement arrived before we left on our trip and none of our plants died ! I cannot say enough good compliments about J&B XpandaHose and the company's owners!

Going strong and sound after 2 years! Reliable, stable, expanding hose! Five up the old rubber hose struggle!!! I ditched all my heavy, old hoses and replaced my 4 outdoor spigots with these hoses of different lengths. . No connection leaks, slight rubbing of the fabric, but no punctures or rips. Common sense Care must be taken to not drag the hose along rough driveways or rocks because it is rough on the exterior fabric. No issue!! These hoses are so light weight it is easy for me a 70yr woman to carry 100 ft length hose from place to place. I like the all black color for the esthetics. I first discovered this type of hose from my 91yr old mother! Two special extras, hose comes with 2 extra washers, a plastic spigot hook to store the hose on, and a multi nozzle sprayer. The best feature of all besides how lightweight and easy to use, is the metal valve switch at the hose end. Easy to turn the water on and off as I move around the garden & when adjusting the valve I get different streams of water- great water pressure even with a long 100 ft hose!! Highly recommended!!!!! I did not get this hose as as a promotion- I did my research and this is the one!

I bought this hose in 2022 and have loved it. Easy, durable , like the expansion. Worth the price. It’s now 4 years later and the hose has a split. I somehow recalled it had a lifetime warranty. In less than 10 minutes and new hose was on its way to me. Cannot tell you how impressed I am with how quickly they responded and how easily they honored the warranty. I know think the hose was an INCREDIBLE investment.

I bought 4 hoses & after 1 year use everyone of them started to leak. Their Customer Service is very good but hard to reach as no website.

I received my first J&B Expandable hose 2 weeks ago. I have used it a few times and I LOVE the facts, it is light weight and causes no strain to my damaged rotator cuffs. I do not have to ROLL it onto a reel to keep it out of the way. After reading many reviews and how when things do go wrong and it malfunctions I have a Lifetime Warranty, I hope I never have to use it but just in case, it did help me to narrow my search for a light weight expandable hose. I was so pleased with the first one, I immediately ordered another for my back yard. My only issue is, I want to use the hanger that comes with it but I am having difficulty finding something to actually hang the hanger onto my fence and house. I just used screws into the fence but the hanger keeps slipping off. I haven't had time to get to the hardware store to purchase an actual hook or a different item to secure the hanger so it doesn't fall off every time I go to use the hose. A VERY minor issue. I do highly recommend this product.

Very light weight. Easy to use. I’ve had many in the past that leak after a few months. Too early to tell but it does have a life time warranty.

Ultimately the best hose set up I’ve ever owned. Love the light weight making it easy to move around and the sprayer is perfect for the tasks

Other hoses are heavy, awkward to manouver, tangle and break. This hose is light, manouvers well, and doesn't tangle.
