This salsa contains no garlic and no onion - a godsend for those of us with colitis and, in fact, for anyone who wants to enjoy a healthy, good tasting salsa.

I'll buy it again
I have the mild version and it suits my taste. No after effects. One problem. The lid on the jar in my second order had been knocked off during transit and the contents had spilled into the packaging. I had to ask for a refund. I don’t blame the company. I think it was knocked off due to rough handling while being shipped. I do intend to reorder and probably try the medium version.

Good salsa
I cannot tolerate garlic and onions but I love salsa. I make my own version sometimes but this definitely has more flavor than mine and lasts longer. It's a little pricey but I'm thankful there is a company that invests in low FODMAP foods.
