The fifth edition of Fundamentals of Aerodynamics is written in a clear, informal and direct style designed to talk to the reader and gain his immediate interest in the challenging and beautiful discipline of aerodynamics. Authored by one of the pioneers in the field of aerospace, this book offers the most up-to-date overview of aerodynamics to be found in any book on the subject. Review: Best Book. Must read to start Aerodynamics Course - If the reader knows the basics of Fluid Mechanics, to an extent of boundary layer theory/ Potential flow. He can learn Aerodynamics solely by reading this book, almost without any additional requirements. Review: Book's condition is quiet fine - The book cover and papers are great along with packaging. The delivery package was great!

Can't say enough, how good this is
Very very awesome book. Best book ever for Aerodynamics and fluid mechanics. Explanation is so simple and easy that any complex theory can be understood painlessly. I am reviewing this book after reading cover to cover. I am Aerospace student, so came across many Fluid mechanics and aerodynamics books , so far this is best. Level of book is Intermediate - Advance, starting from very basic . So first timer feel free to read . Actually I would say this book is "must read" .

Lousy Print Quality
The book is surely an excellent book but the print and paper quality are lousy (printed in India). If you don't mind the bad print (and paper) quality it's good to have.

Well written
I am reading this book without any direct aerodynamics background - only undergraduate fluid mechanics. It was recommended to me by an aerospace engineering professor. It is a very clear and well-written book. The organization is easy to follow, and there has been enough background explanation for me to follow it. The pages are thinner than other textbooks I've had, and the paperback cover can get tattered easily, but for the price I can't expect more.
