Good bit of kit, just check it's all there!!
This is a great bit of kit if you just want to work out at home and save money on gym fees. There are so many different exercises you can do and the bands are very strong and durable. Just make sure to check everything is there. Before I bought this, I read the reviews and I saw a few people commented that bits of there kit was missing. Mine came, checked it all and what do you know....a piece was missing! If it wasn't for that I would give this 5 stars.

OK, But There are Better and Cheaper Ways of Doing Home Workouts
The bar and handles are not really necessary and their use means that, for the most part, you do not start exercises with the equipment under tension. Furthermore, the bands do not seem to have a very large elastic range.Save yourself some (quite a lot of) money, do some investigation using YouTube and purchase yourself a range of (medium to heavy, probably) resistance bands (and some gloves, if you need them) instead.

Missing parts
Unfortunately I have not received the connector for the training bar which is the piece which connects the bar together. Without this I can not properly use the equipment
