LION'S MANE

I started this supplement to help boost my immune system and help with my anxiety. Within days I noticed a huge change in my mood and energy! They are easy to swallow and there is no bad flavor or after taste. During the pandemic I’ve been working nights while running a business and helping my children during the day with school. With Lion’s Mane I wake up with more energy and a feeling of calmness to my normal anxiety filled days! Cognitively I feel more on point and I’m able to navigate my days better and more efficiently! I love the effects I’m feeling after a little over a week and I cannot wait to see what Lion’s Mane can do for me in the long term!! I’ve never taken supplements until I started taking these about 10 days ago, and I can definitely notice a difference. As a college student, the natural energy boost provided by lion’s mane has helped me navigate my busy days. This seems to give me the energy I need where I'm not dragging during the day. It also seems to have improved my general anxiety and feelings of doom over where the country and the world in general is going, although that can be also coming from other self-help material I've been exposed to. I don't know if it's the placebo effect but if it is, it works for me. As far as memory or focus or acuity, I can't say that it's improved those areas. But overall I would recommend it for energy and mood.

I've been taking the Lion's Mane supplement for about a week now. It's recommended to take 2 a day and I liked that the capsules were easy to swallow, but they are a bit bigger than most vitamins. They have a slight earthiness scent and taste, but I don't mind it because I love mushrooms. Nature Bytes makes these capsules in the US, they are GMP compliant, Non GMO, and made with natural ingredients like Lion's Mane, Maitake, Reishi, Chaga, and Shiitake. I've only been using it for a week, but in that time I have seen improvements. My mood has been better in the early hours of the morning, which is a great thing since I start work at 6:30am. It also means that Lions Mane is a natural powerful antioxidant complex. I feel more energetic and my mind is clear. I love this produc it gave me a lot of mental clatity made me feel smarter and full of energy and kept me calm but i had to stop taking it because i develop some serious skin alergy all over my body while i was taking it
