Keh Gun Safe Pantry Under Cabinet Light (tm) American Owned Motion Sensor Activated Battery Powered Led Lighting(12ft)

Perfect lights for safe application. They are super bright and the motion sensor does its job very well. Set up was a breeze, I don’t have carpet or anything messing me up so they stuck right to the walls of the safe. Not sure about battery life yet as I just got them but I already plan on getting some rechargeable’s. There was a slight hiccup with my first set so I contacted Keh controls and they had a replacement set out to me in less than a week. Fantastic customer service. You may be label to find similar lights for a little cheaper here on Amazon, but I don’t mind paying an extra couple dollars to support a small family owned American business. Quit reading these reviews and get yourself a set!

Going to give these 5 stars for now. I spent about 45 minutes to install this in my Gun Safe. The cables that came with this product allowed me to install the senser and battery pack in the top/back/middle of the safe and run the cable to the side, all the way to the bottom of the safe, then along the bottom to the front bottom side of the safe. I set the sensor to its lowest setting. With the placement of the sensor, the LEDs stay on while I am standing in front of the safe and turn off quickly when I close the safe. I tested this. Need to preserve battery life. I consider this the PRIME location for this product. Starting at the bottom left front side of my safe, 12 feet is enough to run it up to the top of the safe, across the top to the other side, all the way to the bottom of the safe and about 15 inches along the bottom. My safes are 40 gun safes, 700+ lbs. I have some small thumb tacks coming & very thin Velcro straps (that I will cut to fit) to help secure the LED light strip in between the actual LEDs along the strip. I am avoiding puncturing the 12-foot LED strip. The sticky back works well, but I see that over time, it will start to come loose. The one thing the LED strip does not do well is turn corners. Some other brands break up the length with short cables which makes things more efficient to change directions with the strips. I knew what I was buying though. I am still satisfied with this product. Lights up my safe well. I am satisfied with the lighting. I included some pictures but did not include a full image of the inside of my safe. Mainly, people do not need to know what I have in my safes. :)

Very simple to install and works great. Perfect for small cabinets and areas where you can’t easily route power. Would definitely purchase again.

These lights are fantastic—I can finally see everything clearly. Installation was quick and easy, taking about 15 minutes from start to finish. The motion detection works perfectly and is very responsive. Delivery was on time, and the overall quality exceeded my expectations. Honestly, I should have purchased these ages ago. Highly recommend!

This is a great LED light kit. It literally installed in minutes. The adhesive on the back of the light string stuck well to the fabric on the inside of my safe as did the Velcro on the back of the battery pack. The motion sensor did not have Velcro on the back, but I had some on hand and used a small piece to stick to the back of the motion sensor so that I had the ability to move it around a bit to get it in the right position to come on as the door is opened. I had no problems with the light going off and was able to adjust the time that the light stays on. Just make sure you follow the directions on the product description because for some reason they did not come with the light. DIRECTIONS: When you receive before plugging in make sure motion sensor is set to "sun" setting this will allow it to work at all times not just dark. There is a switch on the back for on off. Set to on and then test the led for motion. I cover the sensor with a piece of paper when I test them. Note: there is a in and out side on the motion sensor. The in side plugs to the battery pack and the out side goes to the led. If this is wrong the led won’t shut off.

Slick little kit for gun safes illumination. LED ribbon tape is long enough to trace nearly the entire perimeter of the inside of the safe. Can now see everything in there including the items in the upper compartment and floor. My safe is a small Bunker Hill/Harbor Freight unit. Would have preferred to have a rechargeable unit with USB port VS 4 1.5v AAA thus 4 star.

I wish I'd installed this lighting system in my gun safe years ago! The safe interior is relatively dark, so I had to use a flashlight sometimes to look deeper inside. No more flashlight!! I now have both hands free and I don't get frustrated because I can't see behind firearms and ammo boxes. The LED strip is easy to install. It turns on when I open the safe and turns off when I close it. The strip produces a soft blue light that doesn't glare into my eyes. (Strip location is import for that as well.) If I ever get another safe, I will install this lighting system day one. Dan K.

Easy to assemble,perfectly lit and probably long enough for any safe. I didn’t wanna deal with wires sticking out of my safe so I want with battery one. Great item!

These are perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. Very sticky (holds strong even on the carpet Interior). Motion sensor detects as soon as you open the door. Lights the entire safe up nice and bright.

Simple and easy to install. I’m glad I went this route vs a light bar. This lights up a 24 gun cabinet easily, easy to stick to the carpeting.

Great setup, good price. Install was simple, adhesive on light strip is Strong! Stuck to the interior carpet very well. The only thing I didn't like was the location/style of mounting tabs for the sensor. Great buyer...and USA made!

I really liked this product! It was easy to install and does a great job lighting up my gun safe.
