8 Skeins Crochet Knitting Yarn 70% Rayon derived from Bamboo, 30% Cotton Superfine Fingering Weight Sunny Cat Cotonnio Imported (Aegean Blue)

I was pleased with the color of this yarn, it appears to be colorfast, time will tell. I used two strands worked together with a 3.25mm hook to make a 3 season hat though it would be comfortable all year. The yarn was soft yet sturdy and has a beautiful sheen to it. The natural fibers make it comfortable to wear in most weather and hold it's shape well. I look forward to using the remaining yarn to craft a summer top. I will plan to purchase more of this yarn in the future as projects present. I have also just completed a blanket using a single strand with a 5.5mm hook(it used 7 of the 8 balls though I could have made it larger with all of them), using SC, DD, FPDC and puff stitches that worked up beautifully. It created a silky breathable design that will be better for use in warm locales or as a summer evening wrap. I now have this yarn in several other colors and have it regularly sent via subscription. Yes it can split, but it becomes fairly easy to learn the tension you need to hold it at to prevent that and metal in line hooks seem to decrease this issue. I have no idea why Agean blue looks practically gray in this photo, it is true to the advertised color.

Very smooth and soft. I crocheted a shawl from it on a trip I took to Ireland. It took almost no space in my suitcase because it crushed so well. Was easy to work with on the go. Made a lovely shawl too.

I wouldn't recommend this yarn for anyone new to crochet just because it is rather slippy and it seems to like to split as you work with it, however... I love this yarn. Really for the price, it's a lot better than I was expecting. I am using it to make a summer top, and the fabric is working up to be very soft with a good drape to it. I would definitely use it again for another project!

Usually I get calluses while crocheting, this was so soft it didn't even get caught on my scab. It does have multiple strands that separate easily but when snagged it's easy to backtrack and fix snags.

I like the feel of this yarn. It's soft and has a good weight. I wish this yarn came in weighted. What I do not like about this yarn is how it separates easily, especially at the ends. So far, most of my skeins have breaks in the yarn, and are knotted together, creating more ends and knots I either have to work around or cut out and weave into my work. I don't usually get one single piece of yarn in a skein. Sometimes there's 2 knots. This could be better quality. I'll finish this project but I won't be buying this yarn again.

I love the value pack cotton yarn with tangle resistance, and they are very durable with a variety of colors. I have purchased a few colors for handmade garments that fit well and are still of good quality after a delicate wash. They are very easy to use for crocheting, sewing, and wash well.

Did not match the online photo, alas. It is a dull teal rather than a bright peacock. That said, it is a beautiful yarn and will look well once knit.

Beginners may find it a bit difficult to work with as the yarn is very silky and smooth. Worked well for the project I wanted. Will be buying more in different colours.

Beautiful...doesn't split easily, works up well, nice and soft, with more "give" than cotton. Love it!
