I never really targeted my forearms and decided to change that with the purchase of this roller. After using it for several months I can confirm the roller absolutely works. I used 2.5-5 pound plates on mine and I have gained a noticeable amount of growth in my forearms. One of the best purchases I've made for my home gym.

This is perfect, works just like the one at my gym. Had to return another one that sounded better, but it was way too complicated. Simple works best most of the time!

No complaints, good old fashion forarm workout. Good product and build and holding up good to the weekly use. Definitely worth buying.

This is one serious addition to my arsenal. I use it once a week (5 sets) and it BURNS!!! The challenge, for me, is to keep it in the middle and keep the canvas portion within the partition. It's a challenging tool to use, and I'm glad I finally purchased it. I wear gloves when I use it, and I can say that using this has helped my forearm strength. I don't feel the hedge trimmer burn anymore after I started using this and working them out. The design is pretty cool, and it's also challenging when that burn is going on, and I just hope and pray the end is near, but it just keeps going on and on and on! LOL!!! Great tool for building stronger forearms I have no complaints

Great very muscle strength roller

The forearm tool works well and is well made but I can feel the padded grip starting to twist if I grip too narrow or grip too wide. I'm not using much weight, 10 or 15 pounds. I think if I slip something thin under the grip to apply some contact cement it should solve the issue. I'm a mechanical designer and my assessment is they need to add more glue and make sure it's evenly distributed under the grip. The tool is still way better than the homemade one I was using. The grip seems durable and it's easy to hold onto. It just needs to be glued on better.
