Question 2

My portable refrigerator doesn't show the temperature anymore, it shows F1, what should I do? I really need it.

Accepted Answer

Dear customer;
If the on-board refrigerator displays F1, this is a warning of low voltage in the refrigerator.
1. If F1 is displayed when you connect the adapter to use, it means that the adapter is faulty and the adapter needs to be replaced;
2. If you are using a mobile power supply or a car power supply to display F1, you can try to lower the voltage protection level;
3. If F1 appears on the refrigerator, you can change the connection method. If changing the connection method does not solve the problem, please contact customer service. We are happy to help you solve your problem.
