How many gallons of water is needed for this product to mix? Ratio of water to product?

I didn’t mix with water. I put down as a powder and then racked it in the soil. Then I watered on top of the soil. It was easier for me to do it that way since I can’t lift heavy buckets. It did work that way.

Can i use this product on Bent grass ?

I used this product for fungus in my soil. I don’t know about Bent grass. Maybe call the manufacturer
