Does this include both the UV Flashlight and the adhesive?

No, it does not include the flashlight! I ordered this for Christmas, mistake. After I received it and realized it didn't come with the flashlight, I tried to buy just the light. Couldn't buy just the flashlight anywhere.

Will this bond a glass bottle to pete plastic? can the bond handle weight at the joint of the bond well?

No. Not really. It is mostly good for precision gluing on transparent items where you activate the final bonding via the UV light.
