does it come in any other colors?

The decorations only come in that color. You order the arch separately and it does come in different colors

what are the dimensions

I don't know the dimensions offhand but I ordered two masks and they are pretty huge size... they were a little bit longer then a round table that seats 10 people.

Can it packed up and used for another event?

The large mask may be a little difficult to take up and down, but the smaller ones can be easily. Please note - this product is only for the mask decorations - the arch itself is sold separately.
