No, it will not fit Spyderco PM2 or any other Paramilitary variant.

Will butterfly fit in it?

My Benchmade morpho fits nice and snug in it.

Think it would fit a Leatherman skeletool

My chris reev inkosi fits perfect. It uses up all the space its a nice tight fit. I've never seen a skeletool in person. Maybe you could go on you tube and see if they have a video of those two side by side or on google images. My guess from the images I see on google is that it wouldn't fit.

Will it work for a standard retractable razor knife ?

I fit my Benchmade butterfly knife in it. Since snug fit. Worked well for me.
