Best in class
Fantastic all-purpose cart. If you have any doubt get the larger unit. Made quick work of transporting all my clippings after trimming my hedges. Will see active-duty doing all kinds of lugging, including groceries. Very easy to set up. Very strong. I looked at the competitors, but decided to “buy once and cry once” because you get what you pay for. Customer reviews of this item have been sterling and so have been the reviews of the Customer Support. I’m going to give you guys a great tip. Since this unit is sizable, I stored mine upright against a wall with the tub facing away from the wall and the handle rotated down. The tub rests on the rear lip and stays propped up by the handle. Everything else is up and away from water. Another great tip just for you guys: keep it covered from the elements so parts don’t rust. Here’s what I use, also purchased from Amazon: Turtle Life Smoker Cover for Pit Boss Copperhead 5-7 Series Vertical Pellet, Waterproof Heavy Duty Outdoor Smoker Grill Cover 29”W x 29”D x 52”H inch, Black. Another tip: if you want to prolong the life of this card, you can put a DIY bedliner in there. You will need some sort of rubber mat, ideally one that is thick enough to take abuse, but that can also fold where needed. To do this properly do not throw out the cardboard lining the bed that comes with the unit. Hold onto that and use it as an exact template for what you need. You could pick up a rubber horse stall mat for the purpose from Amazon or Tractor Supply (Boomerang Rubber Inc. 5/16 in. Rubber Horse Stable Stall, Gym, Workshop, Garage, Utility Use Mat) for like $20. It will be a little short only on the sides, but that’s perfectly acceptable. Being made of rubber it should stay in the tub by friction alone or if you really want you could throw on some Velcro backers to keep it in place. If there is moisture in your work, take it off and let the tub dry off before reattaching. Just a thought. I’m so glad I put the cover on since we had rain recently. You could use an alternative grill cover that matches the dimensions, but the problem with that is with the bed facing up rainwater will just collect into the bed area pulling the cover down with it; unless you put some sort of standing post in the bed, and then the cover on top of it to create a tent, like structure for water to drip down and over the sides. I like my approach because it makes the footprint smaller. Also it’s less likely to be stolen because it just looks like some sort of outdoor grill with the cover on. The construction of this cart is top-notch. I got the no flat wheels and I highly recommend you do the same. It is worth the extra cost upfront. This cart should give me years and years of service. The reviews online as well have been fantastic. One video showed it carrying close to 2000 pounds of bricks whereas the competitor’s frame just buckled. This is exactly the kind of product you want, over engineered. The turning radius on the wheels is amazing. I just wish it had some brake mechanism that you could actuate from the handle when pulling up steps or up an incline. Otherwise, I highly recommend it.

Gorilla's customer service is TOP the F'ing Notch!
When I took delivery, the tub had a puncture in it, most likely from the parts jostling around during shipment. I immediately contacted gorilla for a parts replacement. their website made it very easy to find the part and request warranty repair. within a day, they approved and shipped me out a replacement tub! a few days later, it arrived and i swapped the damaged tub for the new tub! a few things of note about this experience and product: 1) gorillas warranty is pretty hassle free and their website is easy to navigate. they have a parts breakdown of everything so if in the future a part is damaged, looks to be easily replaceable/repairable. 2) their cart's design is pretty awesome. really easy to install and uninstall parts. at first i thought the screwholes in the tub were some extra flash, but its designed that way to hold the bolts while you work with the nuts. all the nuts using the same 13mm nut size is so convenient! 3) the cart is awesome. i wished i got one sooner. very easy to steer around the property, load it with whatever, and easily dump! its lightweight and perfect for my needs. i just wish the handle was swappable cuz i got a small rc lawnmower that can tow this thing. overall: i am impressed with this cart, but mostly impressed with the company. i can only imagine another company wanting me to ship the whole thing back or just refunding me a certain amount to appease me. gorilla makes great stuff and looks to stand behind their product! im glad i went w gorilla!

Smartly Designed for Versatility and Durability
Assembly was relatively quick and easy and all parts lined up as they should. Frame and hardware are high quality. We quickly put ours to work moving mulch, soil, masonry/bricks, and will be hauling logs next. Here are some other observations: High Mobility—The cart, even when loaded down rolls easily w/free-spinning wheels and large flat-free tires that handle even the most difficult terrain, e.g., bumpy surfaces, gravel, and even very loose soil/sand. I’ve had pneumatic tires and would not choose that option, as they frequently lose pressure and do not roll as easily when loaded down, requiring more effort to pull and maneuver. Serious Hauling—The polyethylene (PE) bed/bucket, while relatively lightweight can handle a Lot of weight, and w/high sides, quite a bit of material. Easy Dumping—The dumping mechanism is smartly designed to allow it to go well past vertical (almost 180 deg, if necessary) to allow everything in it to fully empty. Would be even better if the bucket turned for side dumping also (JD sells one for their lawn mowers/tractors, but more expensive and no handle for manual use). Turns on a Dime—The cart has a zero-turn-type radius, allowing it to make hard turns easily. Versatile—I would prefer to have paid less, but the cart is more versatile and, in many cases, cheaper than carts specifically designed for pulling behind a lawn tractor. Most are not designed for manual handling—no handle, and many with only 2 wheels (vs. 4). This cart’s handle removes so it can be attached to most lawn mowers/tractors, ATVs, etc. The handle’s pin and nifty locking clip are also designed to secure the cart to most receivers, so no additional accessories are required for most hook-ups. TIPS: 1. This cart is middle-sized. If you’re on the fence between this model (7 cubic feet/1200 lb capacity) and the one w/smaller bed/bucket (4 cf/600 lb capacity), I would go w/this one. Check the attached photos for a frame of reference. Inevitably, a project will come along where you wish you had more surface area and more volume/capacity. A beefier, heavier, and pricier 10 cf cart is also available, but I believe it’s only sold w/pneumatic tires. 2. Easy rolling can make slopes more of a challenge as the cart will want to take off on its own if not parked correctly (no brake). And taking a load down a relatively steep slope can be difficult to control as it wants to go faster than you do. In these situations, you may want to reverse position and allow the cart to go down ahead of you, so your weight can function as a brake and you can better control the cart. 3. You have to physically lift the front of the bucket to unload it. For heavier loads consider distributing more of the weight towards the back end. This makes lifting easier, and more weight in back provides a gravity assist in dumping the load. Your arm, shoulder, and back will thank you. 4. While ruggedly built and durable, it’s not indestructible. When not in use, consider storing it in a shed or under some kind of cover. If you’re limited on space, you can also utilize the empty bucket to store things like bags of fertilizer, seed, mulch, soil, rock, salt, gardening supplies/tools, etc.

Seems heavy duty, it is well thought out. Saved me a LOT of work! It is a BEAST!
I have been planning and doing some work around the house including pavers and wood fencing. These are some heavy items, so I bought a cart to help me move them. I could have gotten the smaller version with air up ties for less $$, but wanted the stake pockets for moving lumber. I also find with my pressure washer and air compressor that the tires need air literally any time I go to use them. For pavers, I emptied a flower bed and hauled away several heavy loads of dirt/plants. It pulled easily and dumped easily. I also moved crushed limestone, sand, and the pavers it it. It worked well and makes for a surprisingly good wheelbarrow. For fencing, I stacked new pressure treated fencing material on it and would pull it to the area where I was working. I was putting up a few hundred linear feet of fencing, and as I worked, I got increasingly father from where my lumber was dropped. This cart hauled all the lumber like a champ. At dark, I would load all of my tools and small air compressor into it and roll it into the garage. Each day, I would roll it back out and get right back to work quickly. That was very convenient. Most impressive moment: I had about 15-20 old HEAVY 8' pressure treated 4X4 posts in a stack that I offered for free on marketplace. The guy who picked them up helped me load the 4X4's onto the Gorilla cart. I walked away briefly to get a hammer, and when I returned I found that he had stacked them all onto the cart (I had planned to do it in 2 trips). I am serious when I say that this was a impressively tall and heavy load for a plastic wagon! I strapped the lumber down with adjustable bungie cords and we pulled it a few hundred feet to the road where his truck was parked. The cart didn't seem bothered at all. It worked like a champ! This thing is a beast! Some assembly notes: It assembles easily. I happened to have some 1.25" stainless fender washers on-hand so I used them to attach the dump handle to the bed to give it more strength/support. This freed up 4 washers that Gorilla had provided for this area. I used these on the dump pivot (assembly Step 2) where Gorilla only provided one washer instead of two. The instructions show to use a washer on the side with the nut, but not on the side with the bolt head. I did not like the idea of the bolt head rubbing the powder coat off of the frame. Also, make sure when the cart is assembled and turned right-side-up that the wheel retainer snap ring is dropped in from the top. It would be easy to insert it upside down where it could potentially fall out later.

When They Say GORILLA TOUGH, They mean it!
My husband just purchased this cart, and he couldn't wait to put it together. He volunteers on the landscape committee in our association, and all of our condo units have many trees and bushes. He does a lot of trimming, pruning and cutting down branches, and was using an ancient, rickety wagon to haul away all of the refuse. He was tired of messing with the wonky wheels and flimsy housing on the old wagon and started doing serious research to find a quality, indestructible, hard-wearing replacement. After hours of searching and reading reviews, he felt confident that buying this name brand cart was the right choice. AND IT WAS. He decided to pay the extra (about $40) to get the solid, no-flat (non-pneumatic) tires, and he was amazed at how firm and strong these tires are. The other thing he likes about this model of Gorilla cart is the ease at which you can grab ahold of the handle to put the body of the cart in full dump position. That wonderful feature saves wear and tear on the back. He also likes how easily it is to turn and maneuver this cart over all the hills and valleys around all the condos, and how easy it is to clean it up after use (you can just hose it down). Since he bought the Gorilla Heavy-Dury Dump Cart, he's said (ad nauseum), "this is one of the best buys I've ever made"! I agree with him.

A Truly Great Yard Cart
I bought this to replace a sturdy and very useful yard cart, one of those made of extruded steel with fold-down/removable sides and ends to turn it into a flatbed. I had bought this from a home improvement center back in 2007, and it did very well until the pneumatic tires broke down and failed despite my having kept it sheltered when not in use. The cost of new wheels/tires would have meant that I was spending significant money to return a well used and well worn steel yard cart to functionality for a few more years when wisdom might suggest buying a new one and donating the old one to someone with a broken cart that had decent wheels to put on this one. That's what I did. I was attracted to this Gorilla yard cart first of all because of the brand. I bought a two-wheeled Gorilla Carts wheelbarrow a few years ago and have experienced first-hand the quality and utility of this fine tool. It was and is very solid and well built, doing exactly what I need it to do. A couple of days' use has demonstrated that this new Gorilla yard cart is of the same level of construction and utility. Both it and the wheelbarrow have steel frames, but the work areas of both are of tough and durable poly material that of course does not rust or otherwise oxidize. This yard cart has a dumping mechanism that overcomes most of the need for sides that drop for easy cargo removal. This works great and, once a user gets the hang of it, is at least as handy as the dropping sides of a steel mesh cart. One final advantage is that this comes with solid, no-flat tires. Once, on an old one-wheel wheelbarrow, I replaced the pneumatic tire with a solid one and was ever after glad I had done it despite the cost of the solid tire (they are significantly more expensive than inflatable tires). Unless you specifically need the characteristics of a traditional steel mesh yard cart, you will not be unhappy you got this one.

This cart is very high quality
It became very obvious this cart is very high quality when assembling and then using the cart the first few times. This cart is very well made in every regard (from the perfectly-sized bucket and down to the bolts that hold it together), its operation is easy and logical, it is quite sturdy, and I am very glad I purchased.

Brilliant little cart.
I have a 1.3 acre garden and this little cart is great for transporting grass clippings and hedge trimmings. It’s not very deep so I place a very large garden bag inside the cart and load it up about 2 feet above the height of the cart. Very strong cart. I have used it for transporting driveway gravel which was very heavy and it coped admirably.

Check your order!
Tyres are air inflated , this is not what I ordered. Otherwise the cart is well built and easy to handle.

Total game changer! Fantastic!
Absolutely amazing! A total game changer making gardening, and outdoor chores so much simpler. Easy to assemble and operate. Impressed with the overall sturdiness and thickness of the bucket. Even makes garbage day easier - load up yard bags, recycling and waste bins and take it to the curb in one fell swoop!

Ausgezeichneter Gartenwagen
