I almost don't want to wrie this incase I need another one...
However, to do so would be an insult to the people who made this. This monitor, in the 31.5" QHD 2K model, is outstanding for the price and then some. After trying another, more expensive monitor that came brand new with a major amount of artifact built-in to e the "new" screen, as well as horrendously washed out colors and a non-existent way to adjust picture, I was fine with waiting until this came available for purchase. I was nervous until I set it up thinking all monitors had a weird black hole to the right of dead center with light bleed SO bad it may as well have been a glorified lamp.. but all of my concerns faded away as soon as I plugged this in. Thank You, AOC!! :) :) :) On top of giving you Plenty of customizable settings for getting the picture the way you want it, it also had a beautiful and uniform back-lit screen with no signs of bleed anywhere. (And, after tweaking just a bit for contrast (for gaming) it was pretty much perfect. Dark blacks, ( my main concern ) rich colors and a relatively easy menu to learn. If I were Forced to gripe about anything, it would be extremely minimal: (1) Having 2 or 3 'User' buttons would be amazing for presets., but in No way a deal breaker. ;) and (2) Most importantly, Having a box that doesn't Scream "STEAL ME" would be very helpful. : One of the 2nd monitors purchased got stolen before it ever reached my porch. SO, DO Absolutely request an "Amazon Gift Box" when purchasing. The delays are a pain otherwise. Monitor is s great. And this being the second one, and it being uniform, their Quality Control is apparently excellent. A+++

Definitely a good all around choice
Reviewing both Amazon and the monitor. First off, we had a glitch. Amazon made it more than right. Someone had stripped the box of the cords, manuals and cd. Amazon more than helped me. Now for the monitor... I game on a slow few but there's zero lag to the moments where it speeds up. So I'm truly not a good person to comment on gaming. Office work is amazing now. Perfect picture, I can easily read my monitor without having issues. The colors are beautiful and true to life for photos. Highly recommend. The screen is really a nice curve. I was unsure about going this big and at the curvature but now I'm glad I stuck with this one. It's more than OK to set it up on your desk and work from there. Plug and play for the office and easily tweaked for the gamers. The USB ports are now than handy since we all need them. The power supply is actually in the unit vs through the cord which is a good thing. After researching I found the panel is actually a Samsung panel. I still need to figure everything out since I didn't get a manual and I'm waiting on my other cords but I'm sure I'll be pleased. Currently running HDMI and the screen is very crisp. Just beautiful colors. If you're contemplating on an awesome monitor for work, leisure or gaming, I highly suggest this one.

Solid monitor for under $300
Here is what I like about it the HDR color is bright and vibrant but not too overpowering though you will need to go into your display settings and tweak it to find the right settings for your setup. the curve is awesome. I had a 24" 1500r and going up to a 27" 1000r is just great. I only needed to move it about an inch back from where my old monitor was I have great FOV/peripheral in FPS games. I am using a RTX 3070TI and crank things up to max at 1440p and get no smearing/ghosting. Freesync is on and I have Gysnc compatibility turned on. With Vsync off I am getting 0 tearing that my eyes can perceive. I am playing most Tarkov right now and where that is still a Beta it has lots of wonky visual stuff going on so it isn't a great benchmark. But I have played a little doom eternal and Borderlands 3 and those both look amazin and run smooth 100-120fps with everything maxed at 1440p I could prob tweak a few things turn down draw distance etc and get it running at 165hz. I was skeptical if this was real, or some kind of racket... but this is a legit AOC G3 series monitor with a STRONK curve and really nice picture for well under $300. a big complaint about g2 series I have read and my own complaint from the g1 series I upgraded from is they arent bright enough. 300 nits is average but it seems much bright than that maybe it is the HDR I am not used to and bumping windows brightness up it can run brighter? But my last 2 monitors were 300 cd/m2 and this is certainly more bright and vibrant. It has only been a week we will see where we are at in a few months.

So nice - I bought it twice. B-E-A-UTIFUL! Display(s)
The AOC GAMING CQ27G3S Frameless Curved Gaming Monitor has been so nice - I've bought it twice. The AOC CQ27G3S Frameless Curved Gaming Monitor delivers an exceptional gaming, content creation, & content consumption experience. It flawlessly combining stunning visuals with fluid performance. Its 27-inch QHD 2K resolution (2560x1440) offers you crisp and detailed imagery, making it perfect for gaming, streaming, and even your productivity tasks. The 1000R curvature enhances immersion, wrapping the visuals around your field of vision for a more natural and engaging experience. It's highly accurate sRGB with 99% accuracy- you can rest assured your content will be shown in all its glory. With a 165Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time, this monitor excels in fast-paced games, delivering ultra-smooth motion with minimal blur or ghosting. The VA panel technology ensures deep contrast ratios and rich, vibrant colors, making games come alive. Whether you're exploring expansive open worlds or engaging in competitive esports, the performance feels snappy and responsive. The frameless design not only looks sleek but also allows for seamless multi-monitor setups(see my included pic) Additionally, the monitor includes Adaptive-Sync and FreeSync compatibility, ensuring tear-free gameplay when paired with a compatible GPU. (Im running an Nvidia 30 series, & have no trouble with tearing or ghosting.) The build quality is solid, and the adjustable stand allows for tilt, swivel, and height adjustments to suit your ergonomic preferences (it does NOT rotate to a portrait position with the stock stand - an aftermarket VESA mount would work though.) Its array of connectivity options (including HDMI and DisplayPort) makes it versatile for various setups. Overall, the AOC CQ27G3S is a top-tier choice for gamers who value performance, immersion, and a stunning display—all at a competitive price point. It’s a monitor that delivers on all fronts. To the extent that I am honestly considering buyiny a third.

A good 1440p monitor option for a good price!
To start, I am not a monitor expert nor am I someone who can tell you all the details about it. I think that the AOC Gaming CQ27G3S is a good monitor. It is a good value for a screen with nice specs! When I tested my monitor, I found that it has no dead pixels, and most of the information about it is accurate. The screen quality is very nice when you are watching videos or gaming. The color gamut seems pretty good to me, and the blacks are definitely a lot better than my old screen. It also has a nice amount of control over the picture if you want to tweak it more. The one thing that I have had an issue with is something called backlight bleed. If you don't know what that is, research on it. I'm not saying that this is an issue with just this monitor, as I want to say most VA panels will have some amount of backlight bleed, especially curved ones. I have read that it can go down over time, and I also think my monitor doesn't have it that bad. I just want to say that if you expecting a perfect panel, you probably won't get it. Either way, this is a good monitor for the price! Check it out!

Almost perfect.....
The monitor was well packed and arrived with zero issues. This is the 7th different ultra wide monitor I have purchased and I can say it's one of the best so far. In my quest to find the best Ultra wide for the money this is my #1 choice for gaming and #3 for work. Cons: The base is huge and will take up a lot of desk space. Better to use a monitor mount if possible. Of all the monitors I have used this one is 2nd to last. Only better than the Samsung G5 34 inch because nothing on the market is worse. My only other con may not be for others. This monitor is part of the Argon series and yet the back of the monitor is generic. No LEDs like on the 32 inch. Pros: This is the best Hassel free 1000R curve I have used. It's also the best priced. The color immersion in games are really good. Here is a list of Ultra wide monitors I have tested and used in my personal order of likes. I use my Ultra wide in conjunction with a 2560x1440 32 inch and I put them both on a single mount. I so moderate gaming and work in Radiology. 1. Dell 34 inch Ultra wide (best base, best colors, best price at under $400, 1500R curve so best if doing both gaming and office work) 2. AOC Argon 34 inch Ultra wide (best for gamibg with the 1000R curve, wish it had the brightness of the Dell and Alienware, great price at $400) 3. Alienware 34 inch UW IPS panel (second best base, best overall color, but way to expensive at $720) 4. Gigabyte 34 inch UW IPS panel (best IPS panel for the money) 5. Samsung G5 34 inch UW (the worst base, also the worst firmware off any monitor. If you set to run as 1.4 DP depending on your video card you're probably going to get screen flicker. Doesn't matter if you're using AMD or Nvidia if you set this morning to turn off or go black screen to avoid burn-in good luck getting it to wake back up. Probably the best gaming monitor I have ever tested and it's not even close but with the pathetic base and firmware it's not worth the headache) 6. Gigabyte 34 inch UW VA panel (A good low cost UW if you can get it for under $330) 7. Scepter 43 inch Ultra wide (avoid like the plague, zero curve makes this monitor difficult to view on a desk)

Great price/quality
Great monitor with a couple easy tweaks to settings. Runs Xbox series s games that allow it at 120hz, you may or may not care for this as the quality of image to me is good but not as sharp as the upscaling a tv provides, and being closer to the screen the smoke and mirrors effect of consoles does not apply to image quality. For pc games and video it is spectacular, not as bright as some monitors I have used, but very good depth to images which I prefer. Easy setup and software you can download to tweak settings from desktop as well. Beware the hdr setting will disable the ability to choose different gaming modes, took me a couple of minutes to make that connection. Image looks better in gaming mode with gamma and color adjustment to me for games than hdr for the most part to me.

Good at first after the test of time it failed to maintain.
after two years the monitor went dim and will not stop being dim looking to buy a better monitor soon i was just hoping this monitor for the price would last longer then it did. it was great for the time it was working well, but once i dim it makes it impossible to play games on it. nothing wrong with the sounds on the monitor its back speakers but you have to buy your own speakers if you want high quality, or use headphones. compatibility to my pc was good, weight this thing is a monster took up alot of space but i looked pretty in a setup. not its just junk on my desk.

Perfect monitor at this price range
This monitor comes with sturdy package which is a big large. You don’t need to worry it being damaged when shipping. The monitor stand is versatile and I highly recommend it. You might not find another with this kind of monitor stand and the large screen with high refresh rate as well as the 2k resolution. Although the stand is mainly made of plastic, it’s sturdy and steady. You won’t regret it. The monitor does not have speakers but it has interface for the 3.5mm earphone. You may buy extra speakers for it. As far as I know the sound effect of built-in speakers inside monitors is not good in most cases.

Le doy las 4 estrellas porque no llega a ser Perfecto.
A ver.

Great monitor
I really like this monitor, coming from 1080p the quality is really noticeable. The refresh rate is great, no issue with ghosting or anything too noticeable that could ruin a gaming experience. Only thing that I would change is the power cable which is a bit short in my opinion
