It works, but you have to pay attention to dosage.
Background: Giant Schnauzer, two months post spay developed UTI and massive leaking Cipro took care of the UTI, but the leaking continued. Leaks no More works very well at controlling the incontinence my 16 month old pup suddenly developed shortly after her spay and UTI. The thing is, it is a homeopathic remedy and you have to keep a close eye on dosing. I started with the three dosages per day during a long weekend when I could dose her that much. After 5 days of the big dose and no more leaking, I took it down to max dose two times per day. Within about three weeks, she started leaking, so I knew it was time to back off the dose again. I reduced the dose two more times and had her down to three drops twice a day. She weighs 65 lbs. Then I missed a morning dose one time and the leaking started again. I immediately dosed her, but she continued leaking when it was getting close to next dose time, so I upped the dose to five drops twice a day and she's dry as the desert again. I have read that some people can give the dose for a period of time and then stop completely. I think a lot of it just depends on what causes the leaking to begin with. Please don't give up on this product too quickly if it appears to not be working. The med has to get into their systems and have a chance to do it's job. After working, if it appears to no longer be working, and you haven't missed a dose, I think this indicates a need to change the dose down. What I have learned from my dog is that 3 drops twice a day is probably the minimum she can have to make it work, and I screwed up by missing a dose. We probably won't be fortunate enough to ever be able to discontinue this med, but that's okay as long as the desired effect is achieved. At $11 per bottle with 300 drops, I can dose my dog for one month at the current dose. I think that is a very good investment of time and money. If you have questions about dosage, PLEASE call the company and get some help before you give up. I didn't do that, but I did read every post here and figured out what probably needed to be done for my dog.

Probably Not Good for Cats
I used it for two days for my 9 lb cat (only doing two doses a day instead of the recommended 3) and instead of preventing 'leaks' in her sleep, in prevented her from urinating even when she was trying to use the litterbox. So, even though it was easy to use and give to my cat, I definitely would not recommend this for cats.

Did help with intermittent use, update with another suggestion!
I am a Veterinary Technician. My American Pit Bull Terrier has had incontinence issues since about a year or so after she was spayed. She was spayed at 10 months old. For the first 4-5 years, she was on PROIN, but we kept having to increase the dose to see results and eventually, the effectiveness of the drug seemed to wear off. She never had a negative reaction while on it, but she started to refuse to take it and we got tired of jamming those huge tablets down her throat twice a day when it wasn't even working 100% anyway. We have just been cleaning up the dribbles as we see them and washing the dog bedding frequently - she usually loses control while sleeping/resting and it's almost always on the dog beds or in her fave place to lay in our kitchen on the rug in the sunlight. So while irritating and a lot of work, I thought it was better than her being on a drug, that wasn't completely working, with potential reactions. But oh the puddles...they have gotten so large this year (she's turning 9 soon) have gotten out of hand. She was waking up covered in pee and our other dog started getting covered in pee too if she slept on the same dog bed. We were bathing both dogs nonstop and washing bedding nonstop. So tired of the smell of pee. We (hubby too, one who doesn't like to spend money on the dogs) are SO GLAD we gave this a try. She's been on it for 3 weeks now and we started noticing the puddles were gone within a few days of the 3 times daily dose. She still dribbled, but no more lakes. That was awesome enough for me to be really excited and would have been content with just that result alone! Within a week to 2 weeks, the dribbles were gone. Now, she's down to the twice daily dose and we are still seeing no dribbles. She doesn't reek of pee, the dog beds don't reek of pee, it's absolutely awesome. After years of struggling with this, we have finally found something that is doable for her and us and it works! I couldn't be more pleased! I don't know how on earth people manage to get their dogs to take this on their food or in their water though! Mine HATES the taste. To avoid having her taste it as much, I put the drops in her closed mouth along her gums towards the back of her mouth, kinda just opening her jowls to do it, wait for her to swallow a couple of times. *** Update 2018 *** I still recommend these drops even though they eventually stopped working for her when used long term, as with any other drug/supplement we've tried over the last 13 or so years. When used for a week or 2, here and there with a break in between, it does work again so I still use it especially while traveling. If you are desperate as we have been, I have a somewhat odd recommendation to try. Last year, she was losing a ton of muscle mass due to aging and old ACL injuries so as a last ditch effort to keep her comfortable and alive in her old age, I decided to try a muscle building supplement called Bully Max (just the tablets, not the food or anything else, but I did also switch her to a higher protein dog food as well). My goal was simply to help her build some muscle to support her ailing joints. Which it truly did, but it had another awesome side effect - she stopped dribbling and stopped gushing lakes uncontrollably. She still sometimes can't make it outside, but 90% of the time, she can and at over 14 years old now and with mobility limitations, I think that's pretty darn good! The dog bed is very rarely wet either! I've tested my theory of Bully Max helping her urinary incontinence 4-5 times by stopping the med and sure enough, she goes back to being completely urinary incontinent until I put her back on Bully Max! I don't know what it is, but it has worked for her and made our lives so much less stressful!

Began to work after 1st use
I gave this to my Maine coon cat who is going on 15 years old. She is having some arthritic issues and urine leakage possibly as a result. She couldn't quite make it to the litter box. However, after giving her just one dose, she is showing no urine leakage. I placed a small quantity of water is a bowl and added a drop of Leaks No More. Then I gave her the solution by mouth. I didn't know if she would drink it from the water bowl, and since there is more water in the bowl and I refresh it frequently, and because I have another younger cat, I decided to give it to her directly. I plan on giving 'Leaks No More" to her as needed. I also have given her joint formula and wasn't sure if both can be given at the same time, so I'm being careful about the dosages.

Didn't really work for my dog, - But worked on something ELSE! - Unbelievable.!!
My dog has had a leakage problem since getting neutered. So I was hoping that there would be some form of remedy to cure him. However after trying it out for 2 weeks, the results did not change, my dog still had puddles of pee after he woke up from a nap. However a strange thing did occur here, out of curiousity, I wondered what this would do on my potted plant that I kept on the front patio of my apartment. So i've been giving 5 drops once a day, after a week the plant grew 10x the speed of normal growth. I was shocked, and after 2 weeks, my plant came to life and started speaking to me. After 3 weeks, it pulled itself out of the pot and started walking, I was shocked and amazed that this was happening. So I called NBC to come film this, and the next day when the camera crew came, my plant ran away and went missing. IF ANYONE KNOWS WHERE HE WENT, he's name is POTTY THE POTTTED PLANT!, please return him to me! He can speak and is very friendly!

It works!!
I started this on our female pup that had intermittent incontinence issues at night when she sleeps about a month ago. She is 40 lbs so I started her on 10 drops 3 times a day for a few weeks then I started reducing the frequency I gave it to her. Now I only give her a dose once every 3 days or so. She has not had any issues since I started her on this product. It is truly amazing and I am so glad I took a chance and purchased this. It really does work!!

It WORKS!
Our 13 year old chihuahua started leaving big puddles. His bladder was fully letting go which is not fun to clean up when he is on your bed! I did some research and found this. Homeopathy is amazing and so got this. We put it on peanut butter and he laps it up. Right after he started taking it- no accidents. I thought maybe it was a transient issue but I left for 24 hrs and no one gave it to him and lo and behold, he peed. Homeopathy back on the menu! So grateful. Update. This keeps the high rating but I wanted to update that Buddy has one eye that has a white disc now. I think it is a cataract. Both WERE going white, got him these and seriously the next day they were normal again. And now it is 3 or so months later. So this doesnโt stave off cataracts but whatever nutritional deficiency he has it did address. And he seems very happy now!
