As an aging, career chef who still thinks a 12-hour shift is a "half-day's work", my body has fallen into rebellion with chronic pain in my knees and lower back. Always skeptical of dietary supplements and wild health claims, I decided to try this product as it commanded so many favoring reviews. I'm glad I did as this product has made a real difference in my professional life. Don't get me wrong... this product is not a "magic bullet". I still deal with chronic pain every day but the pain is manageable. Nagging rather than stabbing. I'm convinced RestiFlex has made the difference as I have not used other therapies besides this.

I can't say it helped, I can't say it didn't help. Bought it for some shoulder pain. Dr told me most of these supplements won't do much for a shoulder though. Most people see benefits in knees and finger joints.

I've had knee pain for years, as a result of years of playing soccer. If it rains or I had a tough workout, I noticed the pain the most. After just a few doses so far, I see significant improvement - and I'm living through our summer rainy season here in Florida now. I've already recommended this to other friends who complain of the same problems.

This product has been working wonders. I recently had a baby and it feel like my pelvic area was in somewhat in pain I wasn't able to sleep throughout the night cuz I could feel pains running through the pelvic area through my inner thigh and I just didnt know what to do, ive tried lots of different over the counter pain killers and none worked, but since I've been taking this product I haven't been complaining of pains. I've been sleeping well throughout the night without waking up with pains in my thighs. So I'm very glad I purchased this product.

I have been taking NEM for about a year or so due to knee pain. I really was skeptical about whether it would work but a friend urged me to try it. I did and within a week - really- I could tell coming down the stairs in the morning that my knees felt much better. I stopped taking it on vacation and that is when I really noticed since my knees were so achy again. Anyway, I had been using a different brand (Natural Factors) but when I saw Restiflex was less expensive I ordered it and have been taking it for almost a month. But- it's not working- I couldn't tell any difference in my pain- I kept thinking it would kick in but it didn't. So a few days ago I started taking NF NEM again, within a few days my knees feel so much better. So while I really believe other brands of NEM work, this brand didn't.

I've been using this for three weeks and I'm not feeling better. I was fortunate to get a really fantastic deal on the price, or I wouldn't have bought it to begin with.I expected to feel better with all the 'hoopla' over Egg Shell Membrane. I read a lot of reviews before buying it as well. I have a lot of pain that 'they' say this product is meant to help. Far too expensive for such timid results. So, without significant positive results, I won't be ordering it again. I'm just not getting the 'relief' that should be expected from such a highly-priced, highly-touted supplement.

Someone told me about Egg Shell membrane and I figured it wouldn't hurt to try so I started taking these because my hands were aching every morning when I got up. After only 3 days I noticed my aches in my hands were gone. I also noticed I had less aches and pains during the day when I would sit too long like I used to have. I think these were a great inexpensive and natural fix for my suddenly aging body!
