Will this fit on a 1990 C1500 ?

Probably will if yours have the spring loaded wire that holds them in … but you won’t like them even though they say high lumens they will never shine on the road at all all there good for is day time driving lights the not going to shine soon the road like in the fog you won’t even no there on !!!!!

Would the H3 bulb work in a vehicle mounted spot light?

If you mean the factory ones under front number yes I have Nissan Xterra they fit perfect but I took them back out weren’t bright enough didn’t shine far out .. but the factory stile back in but in a 100 watt bulb no the lights actually can be seen shining down on the road those leds couldn’t tell they were on I would go with the regular ones at a 100 watts bulb

Will this design work well in a fog light where there is a small reflector just in front of the bulb which reflects to the lrg reflector at the back?

It will not work with that style of lamp due to that small reflector piece.
