Correct fit concerning safety
The suspension are the hardhat fit my hardhat the right way. I'd like to mention that because of that I can wear it at work and be protected.Really good item or buy. Thank you.

Improved comfort but had to remove
Once I swapped the straps with the headband that came with a medium sized hardhat it made the hat sit lower on my head and improved the comfort quite a bit. Unfortunately, hat mounted ear muffs are part of my daily life and the lower hat placement made the muffs sit oddly on my ears. With the hat in the lower position it made adjusting the muffs to the correct position on my ears impossible, the top of the muffs would hit the bottom of the hat, making the muffs way less effective at noise reduction. If you have a big head and don't need hat mounted muffs I think this is a great product, unfortunately for me I can't use it.

Great webbing for people with larger sized heads
It allows the helmet to sit lower on your head. It gives the helmet a more comfortable feel. I can fit this webbing over my beanie or hood as well. Its great for people with bug heads like myself.

Hard Hat sits lower now
My hard hat now sits lower and the adjusting strap on the back sits comfortably. If you have a big head I recommend getting the large one, which is the one I bought.

Wrong Item
Received the wrong item. Was hoping this would be here before I left for my next TA but unfortunately someone messed up and put the wrong sticker on this product. The part number for the large size that I ordered matched MSA for my new V Guard hardhat. But the plastic package that came from the manufacturer had a completely different part number and it will not fit my hard hat whatsoever. I gave this one to a coworker since I don’t have time to return it. Buyer beware on this product. They are selling it under one part number but shipping another.
