Pretty sturdy, the feet help when the dog bumps it. Very movable/flexible to fit the area we are blocking off.

We were looking for a gate to contain our puppy who had outgrown his crate. This gate was a perfect solution. It’s surprisingly well made and very sturdy. It’s just heavy enough to be stable but not too heavy. The doors swing both ways allowing for so many angles and set ups. It fit our need perfectly and is a really great value! We choose the white color and it looks very nice with our decor.

These are some of the best gates ever!! Would definitely recommend these. We needed gates to block off my dog who has diabetes and is prone to having accidents. She also gets into things when left alone. We had difficulty finding the right size at the store, so when looking on Amazon for ideas, I saw these and the reviews were great. I can see why. They are perfect. I ordered longer than the size I needed and it works great. They are easy to adjust to whatever opening you need to block, fold easily out of the way and are extremely sturdy, especially with the feet added on to stabilize. The feet are easy to take on and off and can be adjusted to the panel where you most need the stability. They are very attractive and extremely well constructed. My husband who is very picky about how things are made is even very impressed with them. They have worked well and we've had no issues with her knocking them over and breaking thru. The best part is they are free standing and can adjust to what you need without attaching to walls or anything permanent. We are planning to move them around to different areas as needed because of the convenience. Would most definitely purchase again and HIGHLY recommend.

the gate hinges seem a little flimsy, seems like too much weight if you were to leave it open for any length of time, other than that the gate seems perfect. I am thinking about ordering a few more support feet if I can find them.Love the way it looks at my front door!

Very sturdy and looks great! Wish the finish was weather resistant so I could leave out on my front porch. I am using it to contain my dog and granddaughter from having access to my front porch steps. Highly recommend!

I purchased two of these to protect our Xmas tree and ornaments from our toddler grandson. I bought two extra feet thinking more support would be needed, but I may return those, this thing is very sturdy as is. The fence itself is fully assembled, but you have to screw on the two locks (upper and lower, 4 screws total) and you have to assemble and mount the feet. The feet were the hardest thing to assemble, three pieces go together with 4 screws to form half a foot. Getting the second set of screws started in each half foot required a little muscle, simple for all men, but could be a little challenging for some women. Mounting the feet to the fence was very easy, but it took me a bit to figure out where exactly to position them. The top won't tighten properly unless you position it so there is some overlap of the foot and the fence wood on one side (see picture).

Nice look and gate is functional but only comes with two stand legs so it is not sturdy at all/ especially when opening by and closing the gate. Should come with 4 feet for that length of gate.

Great gate and sturdy too. 4lite screws is the only assembly required. Simple! Holes were pre drilled too. Nice padded stabilizing feet and bottom of the gate so it won’t scratch my hardwood floors. Well made.

I have a small dog and this gate is perfect for keeping him on our deck at our cottage! The quality is amazing and so well built. Not too often do you get quality like this folding gate has! I would highly recommend this item if you are looking for a dog restraint!

I love this brown Spirich freestanding gate. It goes so well with the furniture in my living room and effectively does its job of preventing my pup from reaching the wires on the floor since he would chew almost anything. The gate is sturdy, handsome looking, and sufficiently tall for my needs. I intend to buy this gate again as I review the other places in my home that needs safeguarding against the mighty chewer!
