This buddah "mindfulness" chain is outstanding!! Very heavy and well made. Looks cool and I am very pleased with the purchase. FYI the pictures may show a man holding up his own weight and I read that people have tried it who bought one but I reckon that was just an example that it's very strong and well made but don't try swinging of it 😉

Good quality, heavy and strong. Handy to have while walking out and about with my wife or on my own. There have been a few dog attacks in the area. So having these for added protection is piece of mind. I would highly recommend as a deterrent and or protection ONLY.

Mine just broke when i leaned on it while sleeping, i was quite happy with it, but it's not as strong as advertised. I never did try doing pullups with it because i doubted it could actually hold your weight without at least taking considerable damage, looks like i was right. It appears that the steel cord itself was taking damage between each bead just from it bending normally. (Picture attached) I'll still give it the 3 stars because i genuinely did like it, I'm just not spending another 20 quid on something that will self destruct.

Superb piece of self defence equipment. Discrete and reassuring when walking the now increasingly dangerous streets of UK. Highly recommended.

Great chain & handy for many things too

Nice solid weight. Haven't had to use it yet. Wraps round the wrist nicely with enough length to cause some pain.

A lot might find them a bit heavy wrapped round the wrist. I wear mine singularly round my neck and they have become an important part of my sensory EDC. I love mine. Namaste.
