This is a product that I feel like I have reviewed before. For me it's something that I need to use daily as I have Crohn's and I went through 4+years having 9 surgeries so I don't want to relive those years again. This product can be used as much as 3 xs a day. It helps with appetite. It regulates blood sugar. It helps with cholesterol and best of all it keeps you regular. I've been using this for so many years. I can't think of use anything different. I've tried other things different. They just aren't the same. I recommend this to anybody who wants to be healthy. His issues with constipation or hemorrhoids or doesn't have any of those problems and just wants to be healthy because it can be taken by anybody. You don't have to have a condition, it's just a healthier way of emptying your bowels

I’m an 81 year old male having problems with my stomach. My Gastroenterologist after numerous tests including a colonoscopy, recommended Meta Mucil, to my surprise. I was expecting more prescription meds. I have been using it every day and I understand why this is what he recommended for me. I feel better already having only used Meta Mucil for a little over a week. It is an excellent product but speak to your doctor first if you are having digestive problems. I also like the fact that it’s sugar free.

This stuff is crazy. It's a powder that you must drink immediately. Tastes very orangey, which is a good thing for me. Here's what I do: I make green smoothies every day. When I first got this metamucil, I added it to my smoothies in the blender. Big mistake. When this stuff sits in water, it almost turns the liquid solution into a gel. I would guess that's why it keeps you from getting hungry....it takes a while for your body to digest this gel-like substance. In this state it is almost undrinkable/uningestable.However, if you mix it in with a green smoothie, you don't even need to use any fruit (save on sugar/calories!) because the orangey taste masks the bitterness of the spinach/kale/carrots/whatever you're smoothie-ing. But you better be good at chugging. You mix in the powder and you've got about 13 seconds to get it down your gullet before it turns into an undrinkable gel. I don't really know what to say about meta mucil,I was told by my sister dat it helps in digestion and also not to experience constipation.I have tried but haven't seen any different yet, maybe not good for me 😔.

Always drink more water than you think because you can get stomach cramps. Otherwise this really works well for me
