Funny game
Lovely game with bright colours and super quality. The children laugh every time it's played and they go to it every time they visit!

A big hit !
I purchased this game on offer for my 3 year old , for some reason I thought it was for 3 years up. When I got the game I realised it was a little more advanced than I realised so planned to give it to my son for his 4th birthday in the summer rather than for Christmas just gone. My son loves numbers but is still at the stage of not sitting still for much and having little concentration. One day before Christmas I just decided to get it out and to my surprise he loved it and sat snd played the game not once but twice and he asks to play it almost every day we spend at home .It's really helped with his number correspondence , counting, speech , concentration and turn taking . Since having this game he now enjoys a range of basic turn taking games so it really has developed his listening and attention skills. I have since ordered more orchard toys games. Ones with numbers are still his favourite but they all seem to have the same good quality. The cards are really thick and durable , great if your child is heavy handed like mine . The only little gripe if I had to find one is that the spinner isn't the best, it doesn't spin fantastically, but it doesn't affect the use of it for us .

Another great game from Orchard
Orchard games are always good quality. Bought this for my grandson’s 3rd birthday, at his request. The playing pieces are made of thick, sturdy cardboard and the game is simple but fun, with an element of chance and uncertainty. Also quite exciting if you’re lucky enough to make a very long dog! There’s a different version that you can play as well as the basic game. The design of the dogs appeals to a small child, and counting up the spots at the end boosts their early numeracy skills. Grandson loves it.

Great for teaching kids to lose, take turns and master their counting skills!
Our feisty little 3.5 year old is pretty bad at losing games/sport etc so we were recommended this game as its fun and purely based on luck.Unfortunately, she's won all the times we've played it so far! However its been great at teaching her to take turns and being happy/supportive when someone gets a good piece (those magical 3 spot cards!)It's also great at teaching counting but in a fun way. She loses interest when showing me her counting skills but with this game, she's actually really good at matching the pieces with the number she's spun.
