Works well, slightly tipsy
I've been weighing 13 puppies every day for the last two weeks and have become quite comfy with this scale. The display lights up, which is nice. It has multiple units of measurement. And it's lightweight for easy storage. Be forewarned, the pan part doesn't really attach to the base, so wiggly puppies can cause it to shift and detach. Also, the idle time the scale stays on could be longer, but it's a simple button push to turn it back on. Overall, good scale for the price.

Awful-DON'T WASTE MONEY
This scale is horrible. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. The top part never stays on the base. I bought to track new born weights in grams but the puppies wiggle and when getting to the edge the top just flips off. It does NOT lock in place and you have to guess at the weight. Being marketing for puppies, I would think it would have a sensor to deterimine the weight like other dog or baby scales do. I have mini dachshunds so very small and this was barely big enough for 1st week. I ended up buying a small kitchen scall and put a box on it and this went in the trash!!!

Works good
Working for our rescue for the last 4 years now, has gone through several batches of puppies while they are still really small. Works good, and seems to be reliable.

Not the greatest.
Returned immediately. Scale not calibrated. Tape measure was defective and unusable. No instructions. Battery was in the device and dead. Upon new batteries the item worked well EXCEPT the scale shows weight even if not in place or empty when it should read zero. The good news is the item arrived promptly, well packaged and clean.
