Will This bag collapse under a bed?

Yes it collapses easily under a bed. Not a very durable bag though.

Can you put a lock on

The zipper handles have holes and you can lock the bag through them. I had a TSA lock and locked it that way.

Do you think this will carry 90-100lbs of fitness equip?. Kettblebells etc. I'm 5ft and would roll it to a park. Concerned about it tearing. Thanks!

I think the handle could take it because it's reinforced pretty well (but it's not like a suitcase, where the handle is metal or plastic that slides into the body of the bag). There is no metal frame anywhere in the bag, so it won't keep its shape. It gets its structure from the ballistic nylon and hard plastic around the wheels. The handles also fall about 6", so if you were any shorter than 4' tall, rolling it to the park would be cumbersome. I think it would be fine for what you need it for though.
