How to fix pressure problem?

1. Loose the knob, strike the head of crimper against the ground few times, tighten the knob and pump the handle to see if it works. 2. Turn right the knob tight and tap the knob with hammer few times, tighten the knob and pump the handle.

Just received it, after shaking vigorously, turn the on/off knob all the way to off, no pressure, please help?

Pls refer the vedio, named "How to fix pressure problem?？" PLs make sure you turn it the right way, pump instead of just press.
