Impressed
I'm a metal chiaogoo needle snob, but they don't make interchangeable needles this size. I bought these for a project that used chunky slub yarn. I didn't have extremely high hopes for these because I've never had a lot of success with needles that are created from a synthetic material, but these were a pleasant surprise. They don't beat the smooth glide of a metal needle, but they work well. The cables work well and pair nicely with the needles. Overall I'm really happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend this set. I would hesitate to buy from this brand in the future.

Versatile and color happy needles
Love the portability and the ease of use of these needles. The colors make the needles easy to find as well. Versatile and functional needles!

Tips on locking
These are great value esp if you already have a full set of needle, and really just need something for the extra thick yarn. It is not easy to lock. When locking, make sure you grab the black part on the cable, not the red part. I cover the black part with a rubber band and locking is 10X easier this way. But since I am in my 30s and it is difficult for me to log, I have concern about usability for older folks or people with some grasping issue. That said, it doesn't unlock itself when I knit so that's a plus.

I love the connectors
I've bought two different kinds of interchangeable needles now and I strongly prefer these. The way the cord snaps into the bottom of the needle is both easy to use and very secure, whereas when I've used needles where the cord screws on I've often begun to accidentally unscrew them as I knit. I've nearly finished a sweater with these needles and I love them.

The WORST! The cable never stays on the needles. The entire set is cheaply made.
The cable comes off every round which makes these so frustrating to knit with. The needles are also a cheap plastic and have a friction to them that makes the stitches hard to move down from them. I was desperate and ordered these while I was traveling as these had same-day delivery; but I’ll likely have to toss them after the trip as I don’t see myself using them unless I’m absolutely desperate.

Falls apart as you are knitting!!
I love the ability to change needles sizes, it’s great. The cable cords are not very long so I have been working my lap size afghan project using the cord extender to lengthen the cord; connecting two cords together to obtain the needed cord length. The issue I am experiencing is the connector keeps coming apart. I have had to pull the project apart and re start my project over from the cast on , twice ! I have made certain the cords are connecting but they keep coming apart as I work and as my project gets longer and heavier . This is so frustrating. When working with this system one must take extra care and continually check to make certain the two short cords are still locked together. Perhaps I have a defective connector.

I love & uses these daily!
I own every set and love them! i've also purchased just cords in different lengths than is offered in these kits. I haven't used the device that connects the cords yet. I've had ZERO issues! I use these large ones (17-19) for my super bulky yarns and they work great! These are my go to & absolutely favorite circular needles! I wish they came in US 50 ~ then I would have a complete set! I make chunky sweaters and hats daily! They glide well & have a nice sharp tip for preventing split stitches! And my absolute selling feature ~ MADE IN THE USA!

How frustrating
I was so excited to start my new knitting project. I had never used interchangeable needles before and will never again. First, trying to attach the cable - for one #17 needle it was easy and the other near impossible. Multiple times before I got to the end row the cable would pop off and I had try pick up all of the stitches without losing any. What a mess. I ended up ordered a continuous bamboo needle that I am loving. What a mess.
