It looks like it has a hex opening in the middle. Can this be used with a torque wrench (maybe using a 6 or 8mm hex bit)?

The opening fits a 5/16" hex bit. Although you might need to use a hex bit/Allen-key to loosen the crank cap, you should only tighten it finger tight.

I have a Giant defy advance 2 with Shimano 105 components will this fit my bike?
