I ordered the largest available, 2XL, and checked the measurements given in the description but still it was too small! As there is a NO RETURNS policy on this item, I am stuck with something that is unusable! NOT HAPPY!

Its a good quality product. Not flimsy. However, do not ignore the comments from others about getting a one size larger. I ignored it and purchased the size as per the charts. I had to return it and get one size bigger.

They were definitely on the right track with this -- the materials used are strong and yet thin to go under clothes. The design is right on the mark -- only they screwed up with the length of the straps that go over the shoulders and are supposed to cross in back then Velcro closed in front. I'm usually an XL but I decided to play it safe and order a 2XL because it's much easier to shorten than to lengthen straps. As it comes from the seller, there is no way a human of any proportions would find the shoulder straps long enough! So I now have made a custom extension strap out of a 3" wide elastic band with Velcro sewn at each end (on opposite sides) to run across my belly and connect up the two shoulder straps in front. At my size, this strap measures about 2 1/2 feet long. It needs to be the exact size you need to close the two shoulder straps across the front of your body. I think the manufacturer probably figured this out before they designed the package because, when you look at the illustrations, you can see that they cleverly omitted any views of the front of the "model" with the device fully applied!

je l'ai acheter pour mon épouse ; car j'avais commander un large en premier et mon épouse ne pouvait pas attacher les bandes croisées elles étaient trop courtes . Je les ai donner à ma fille et j'ai commander celui ci . mais les bamdes sont un peut courtes aussi

Not as comfortable as I wished. The straps that come down in front of my arms to pull the shoulders back, roll and cut into my arms. I have to put padding underneath in order to wear this, and then can only wear it about 4 hours at a time.

I bought the XXL size, which is the largest. Still the straps are too short for my waist 42”.Now thinking to have Velcro attached. As the item is non returnable.
