Product arrived on time and is perfect! The bands are labelled too - grey is light, pink is medium and black is strong. They are fantastic! Very good resistance and they don’t roll down! The set also comes with a book of exercises which includes a suggested weekly plan which has been very helpful so far. I have only used the bands for a few days and I’m already seeing results! Definitely worth it!!

Highly recommended! Been using these for a couple weeks now and they are very durable and comfortable - they do not slip (which is great!) and I love that they are machine washable. The little training booklet you get with them is an added extra; being quite new to this type of workout out, it is a huge help. Also happy that the band's come with a warranty - bit of peace of mind. These are not like some other "cheapy" bands on Amazon. Worth every penny.

These bands are amazing! You can really feel the quality of them, you get a booklet with different ways to use them and a workout plan! They also give you a nutrition plan and their website has videos of how to use them if the booklet isn't enough (it does have photos but sometimes it's easier to watch someone demonstrate). The case they come in is great, makes it really easy for me to take them to the gym. They've really taken my leg days to the next level! The burn is unreal. Highly recommended!

really happy with these bands! was previously using some rubber silicone ones I'd bought from amazon that had really good reviews...but they don't even compare to these. definitely recommend to only go for fabric bands and these are just what I wanted. feel very good quality and I've been having some great workouts with them. hopefully they hold up well over time - it's to early to tell as I've only been using for 2 weeks. really enjoy the 10min workout video available on the company's youtube, I just wish there were more longer videos to follow along to! also these bands are super cute - I like the colours and branding.

After my physio therapist suggested some exercise for my glutes to help with my knee pain I had tried using a latex band for the workouts but kept finding these rolled and I'd have to stop half way through the exercise to sort. I've only had these for about 2 weeks and already seeing a massive improvement. I wanted to pay a little more for a better quality product. These don't feel like they're gonna snap anytime soon, sweat proof and don't roll!!! I'm currently using the lightest band to build up but I'm using it more for getting fit. Great addition to workouts especially if you're a beginner like me and have no clue what you're doing. You get a leaflet with exercise suggestions along with a workout plan and online video tutorials.

I had seen the reviews for these on Facebook and having used a rubber band at the gym I thought I would try these. I must say they are fantastic!! Comfortable and boy do they work your glutes!! I am only two weeks in but can see a difference already. The support on their FB page is great with regular challenges and ideas, tips etc. Word of caution, if you haven’t done any exercise for a while make sure you warm up properly first! All in a fantastic buy! You really need to buy these!

I have tried many different bands which usually end up snapping in a dangerous way. Also the rubber bands are uncomfortable and pull on the skin These fabric bands are so comfortable and they never ride up. I haven't used the stronger ones yet as the easiest one is very challenging at the moment The booklet that comes with it is very helpful and also there is a link to the video on YouTube which I have done several times so far leaving me with a very sore butt! Really looking forward to seeing good results.

I have been using these at home for strength work - very versatile for so many muscle groups. I’m not a fan of weights…these are compact and the manual a great reference
