Great Dock but lacking features for the cost (updated 10/24/2013)
OK, I have a Galaxy Note 2 in an Otterbox Commuter case and it fits in the xDock perfectly (you will probably have to adjust the feet on the dock to fit it). This would be a 5-star rating if not for the cable/features issues. In the description, iBolt says that connecting the USB/AUX cable not only opens Car Mode but it allows for audio through the USB charger port. the former has been refuted by iBolt in communications with another customer on a different forum and the latter may well be true but the cable that supports this does not come with the dock and isn't available until March 2013. Also, it was written on my invoice that if I wanted the USB/AUX cable it would be an extra charge. So now I will have to pay extra for functionality that was originally (and still is) advertised. Also, it is worth mentioning that while the xDock did come with a USB cable for charging, it does not charge properly using said cable. I tested it by plugging my phone up and charging it overnight using the USB cable that came with the xDock. it took 7 hours to charge from 13% to 48%. On any other cable, it takes less than a 3rd of that time to charge the Note 2 from 13% to 100%. My final thought is this... if you intend on buying a Samsung dock for your phone, this one is sturdy and it will definitely hold your phone, but be warned about the other "features". For less than half, you can get another dock that will hold your phone almost as well without promising features it don't or won't have yet. I will use the dock, but if i had known that the features would be crippled and I would have to pay extra for a cable to solve the issue, I more than likely would have waited to purchase if I would have purchased it at all. UPDATE 2/15/2013: I initially gave the XDock a 2-star rating due to the lack of a USB/AUX cable and some crippled features. I have since gotten a reply from iBOLT.CO regarding my issues with their product... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hello, I am one of the co-founders of iBOLT and I wanted the opportunity to follow up with you on your concerns raised in your xProDock Amazon review. Kim Clegg, in charge of customer service, is also cc:ed in on this email. Given that the xProDock is a new product and we've had delays on the aux-out cable we are making a serious attempt to follow up with each and every customer. I noticed in the review that you raised two concerns: 1. Aux-out audio cable: The charging cable with integrated aux-out for the audio from applications will indeed be included for everyone that has purchased the xProDock on Amazon from us. We made the decision last week to NOT include this and make it a separate add-on, this as we had feedback from customers saying they don't want it as they have Bluetooth with streaming audio in their car. Also, it will be a lot more expensive to produce then previously planned as we are going full out doing a product that alone could retail for half or more of the value of the car-dock. However, after making the change we experienced negative feedback from our customer base so we reversed the decision and the cable will now be included! I have personally used the 1st sample of the upgraded aux-out cable today with my Note II and the sound is terrific. Virtually no back ground noise or power feedback with clean throughput of the audio. We expect to have this cable in stock sometime in March and you will receive one immediately, naturally at no additional charge. 2. Cable not charging: A handful of people have clearly received a USB cables that have a problem with voltage drop, resulting in slower then expected charging. Using a wall charger or quality car charger with a phone in sleep mode should charge the Note II in 2 1/2 - 3 hours and with a 10 ft cable you may expect about one hour more charging time due to the natural loss is a long cable. Running GPS navigation, streaming audio etc. will add additional charging time. We will solve the problem (until your aux-out cable is in) by sending a new USB cable to you in the beginning of the week. This will be a 6 ft cable. 3. New Driving App: Within the next few weeks we anticipate launching our new iBOLT driving app for the xProDock. This will be a premium paid app on Google Play but for Amazon customers we will send this as a free download as a small "Thanks" for putting up with the delay of the aux-out cable. Stay tuned for email in about 2-3 weeks on this. We would appreciate your confirmation that the above satisfies your concerns and that you are indeed a satisfied customer? With a new product, and the long 3 week Chinese New Year break we've been very challenged with this product launch due to the known cable issues. My contact info is below. Feel free to reach out to myself or my Colleague Kim anytime with any concerns regarding your iBOLT experience. Have a great weekend! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Not only have they addressed all of my concerns, but they did so in under 4 hours after my posting of the review. This has made me re-think my initial review and if what they promised me in their communication rings true then I will gladly purchase from them again in the future. I will change my rating to 4 stars and if they deliver on everything they promised, I will upgrade it again to 5 stars. I will report back and let you know how it all goes. Overall I am very impressed with the level of customer service from iBolt. UPDATE 5/23/2013: I received the new USB/AUX OUT cable about a month ago and wanted to put it through it's paces before updating my review. The new cable works great, very long (9ft.) and I have zero sound quality issues with it. I do hope that they are now shipping the cable with he actual dock itself. I have noticed a quirk with the new cable but I think it is more related to the new interface arm (you get a new interface arm marked SAM2 that you need to connect to the dock. This replaces the interface arm that originally came with the dock). Using certain bluetooth headsets/earpieces the phone (Verizon Galaxy Note 2) will reset when you disconnect a call using the call button on the headset. This is constant with the Motorola S9-HD headset and occasional with the BlueAnt T1. I mainly use a BlueAnt Q2 and a Samsung HM1700 and I have not noticed this quirk with either of those earpieces. I really believe it is the interface arm, but I am working on testing that out soon. Overall, the dock is still a great dock and now that the USB/AUX OUT cable has arrived, this is the dock I wanted in the first place. Also, while waiting for the cable, I got a 50% coupon for an iBolt portable charging battery (will review soon) and they also sent em the link to get the iBolt Dock'n Drive app. The app works great. I hope they update it soon to fix the speedometer (isn't as accurate as Car Home Ultra) but it isn't a deal breaker by any means. I have updated my rating of the Dock to 5 stars, as they did deliver on everything they promised and I didn't have to pay extra. Update 10/24/2013: I am still using the dock, but I now use it with a Galaxy Note 3 and a Galaxy S4. Both phones work well with the dock and the iBolt Dock n' Drive app. Also, the bluetooth issue I mentioned which would reboot the phone when ending a call is so far only occurring on the Galaxy Note 2. None of the bluetooth devices have rebooted the phone when ending a call while the Note 3 or Galaxy S4 is docked. I am assuming it is a software glitch with the dock and the version of Android on the Note 2 (Android 4.1.2). Also, I thought the USB/AUX cable was giving me charging issues due to the length of the cable, but I have actually found out it was the USB charger I use in the car (dual port 750mA). If you want the charger cable to charge properly, you need to make sure that you are using a USB car charger that has an output to match your OEM charger for your phone (Note 3's OEM charger has an output of 2A, or 2,000mA). Check the phone's charger specs to be sure. Otherwise charging will be slow to nonexistant.

Excellent
1/30/2013: I am deleting my previous review from when I used the Note 2 and adding this instead as it is more relevant: The iBolt is AWESOME. I bought one a few months back for my Galaxy Note 2 and loved it. Then I traded that phone away along with the iBolt. Fast forward to now, and I now have a Note 3, so I bought another one since options are limited with the Note 3. A few things to note in regards to the Note 3: This dock will put your Note 3 into dock mode just as it did with the Note 2. It is big enough to handle the Note 3 without issue. HOWEVER, I don't know if the volume rocker on the Note 3 is just maybe closer to the top of the phone or what, but if you use the iBolt with it, the bottom-left clamp will get in the way of the volume rocker, and will hold up or down which is kind of annoying. There is a way around this however: the panel on the back that covers the USB cables is designed to come off, and if you do this, you can actually reverse the cables so that they come out the other side (it is designed to be this way I think...) Once you do this, you can put your Note 3 in basically backwards so that the 2 clamps that are normally on the bottom are now on the top of the phone. This gives you full access to the wake button as well as the volume rocker and believe me, it holds just as firmly this way as it does if it is clamped in the way it is intended. This then presents a new problem: the USB cable that plugs into the phone is pretty stiff and curls the wrong way once you move it to the other side, not only making it tough to plug in, but it also worried me that it would put too much stress on the charging port and wear it out pre-maturely. I also found an easy fix for this: I grabbed the wife's hair dryer, put a little heat on that cable and reshaped it to fit perfectly. It took mere minutes and it is now perfect. I wish I would have thought of this back with the Note 2: the phone is so big that the cable has to stretch a bit to make it to the bottom of the phone, and the hair-dryer trick would have been perfect then too. Build quality is great, it works with virtually any case, and for me, the fact that it uses the standard size mounting ball made it a breeze to use with my current mounting system (I have a ball permanently attached to my dash from an old Garmin mount). If you are looking for a mount for a larger phone, this is the best I have seen. If iBolt ever comes out with something tailored specifically to the Note 3, that would be better as it doesn't look QUITE as clean when it's upside down but that's just nitpicking: for now, this is just about perfect! Shipping was fast too.

Great customer service, very good product
I ordered the xProDock in May 2013 for my new Samsung GS4, and it was as advertised. Strong clamp and suction cup, fairly well made, fits any case. It's a really, really sturdy mount, which I'm impressed with, and though I haven't tried, I imagine the stickiness of the mount could even suction directly to the dashboard. I just don't want to gum up the dash, but I'm sure it would work. Unlike other mounts, it has NEVER lost suction, even in humid weather. In fact, it's actually really hard to unsuction! Couple things are goofy though, such as the location of the two brackets at the bottom, which essentially forces you to mount your phone with the spring clamp on the left side of the phone. If mounted with the spring clamp on the right, then the bottom-left arm will cover the phone's volume rocker on the top left. That's fine, I can deal with a left-side spring mount. Also, I too have the charging problem that others have noted (probably due to the SGS4's big screen, its voracious appetite for GPS, and of course, Google Services, which is always the 2nd largest battery drain on the phone). Not sure why, but the battery just won't stay topped up on the xProDock like it will with the OEM charger provided with the phone. Odd, but again, I can live with it. Like others, I had a Motorola Atrix and Atrix2 before the SGS4, and the cardocks that Moto made for those phones were outstanding and form fitting. Just mount the phone on the dock's charger and flip the rocker down to lock in place, and you're done. Never a problem with the mount, usage, or charging. I really liked the Atrix line, and the cardocks were excellent. It's just too bad that AT&T's neglect for Atrix essentially killed off the line (which is the reason I've moved on to the SGS4). However, I've still not yet found a cardock that well done for the SGS4 (hint hint hint!). The main reason for this feedback though is that the spring clamp on the xProDock broke after only about 2.5 months of use. I would not term my usage as abnormal, and certainly no different than the two Moto cardocks that lasted a combined 2.5 years with no problems. I left seller feedback for iBOLT Retail, and they promptly responded and sent a replacement cradle that arrived 2 days after their response. The new cradle is almost exactly the same as the old, though it does have a sticker on the back saying "Rev. B" vs. no sticker on the original. Whatever, no big deal, it works, and their customer support was excellent and courteous. I just hope the replacement cradle doesn't break as well in 2.5 more months, like the original one did. My rating is 4.25 stars, 3.5 for the dock and 5 for the customer service. I won't give it 5 stars, because of the issues above, but gotta give the iBOLT team credit for their support. With a slightly better design and hopefully better longevity, the xProDock could gain the extra star, and it's something to aim for in a future product. Well done.

I wanted to love this dock...
Finally, the dock that I've been searching for! A somewhat universal dock with a singe cable hook up! What's not to like? Well, as far as docks go, it does the job. It holds the device well, will adjust to a variety of phones with all but the bulkiest of cases, and I have yet to have the suction cup fail (mounted to the disk stuck to my dash). I have mounted it to the window and it's solid there as well. The adjustable sliders at the bottom are nice, but one of them has already stripped out and does not lock in place so it slide in every time I dock my phone. Not a big issue but can be a pain sometimes. I wish they would have made them adjustable with a screw instead of the plastic locks. What really excited me about this mount was the combo usb/audio cable. Seemed like a simple and elegant solution. Although the dock was not originally shipped with the audio cable, iBolt was nice enough to send a basic charging dock cable until the audio cables came back in stock. The month or so wait was sort of a pain, having to connect 2 cables since I had to use the headphone jack for audio through my car aux port. When the 9ft audio cable finally arrived I was excited to put it to use. Attached the new cable and charging arm to the dock, changed the settings on my phone and had audio via a single connection! What's not to love? Well, the audio quality, that's what...it was horrible. Barely sounded better than AM radio. No bass at all! I checked all my connections (probably a dozen times by now) and still no improvement. I sent an e-mail to iBolt, and a few days later they were kind enough to send me instructions on how to connect the new cable and ensure that I use the new charging arm that came with the cable. Thanks, but I already made sure of that. Still horrible sound. I've sent an additional email asking if this is a known problem and have not received a response in almost 3 weeks now. I am still hoping to hear back, but I have my doubts...seemed like a good company from all the reviews I've seen, so maybe they will respond and solve the issue soon. So, to date I am still using the 2 wire set up. If the cable were working fine I would have no problem recommending this dock. But for the price, and without a proper functioning cable, I cannot recommend this dock...there are just too many decent universal docks (iOttie, Samsung, Exomount) that do the same thing for less. The cable was the selling point for me, and so far that is a fail. Update: 5/31/13 I sent them a new email using there online contact form and selected "warranty or service claim" and they promptly responded by sending out a new cable. It should be here in a couple days. Hopefully this one will sound better. If so, I will be changing this to 5 stars! Update: 7/9/13 New cable received (no new charging arm) and the sound is no better. So I have been connecting the phone through the headphone jack, but plan to get a bluetooth adapter. So my review is staying at 3 stars. It's a good mount, but since the cable is useless to me (my main reason for buying it) I feel I over payed. If you have any questions feel free to ask! Good dock, stable, works well for phones in cases
Received the dock in record time, packaged well. The dock itself is well built and looks like it will last. I had no issues placing it on my dash and have made several local trips with the dock in use with no issues as far as movement. My only concern is that the audio portion of the cable does not work. I have previously used audio cables to connect my phone to the auxiliary input and it worked with no problem. On this one, it's routing the sound to the phone speaker instead of to the car speakers via the auxiliary connection. I'm not sure if this is a cable issue or something else, but I've tried several apps that I use on a regular basis outside of the dock and none are routing to the car speakers. I can run a separate line but a big part of the appeal was the reduction in the number of cables. As a side note, I am using a Seidio protective case for the phone and the phone fits without having to remove it from the case. *Edit* Changing from a 3 to a 5 for the quick response. After the initial review I received a response from the manufacturer within 24 hours, and a quick response from the tech support team as well. Considering this was over the weekend, I'm extremely impressed. We were still unable to get the audio functionality working, but it sounds like that's a limitation with my phone (Samsung Galaxy Nexus) rather than the dock. The dock itself is well made and stays where placed; no issues with it coming loose. It is a bit awkward attaching the micro USB, but once in the phone doesn't move. I would have been happier if the phone played nice with the audio, but that's a limitation on the phone. Very pleased with everything else about the dock.

Highly recommended
This review is for the iBolt xProDock for the Samsung Note 3. Reason for four stars: I have only just received the dock/holder and haven't had a chance to really test it during an extended drive. If I discover something noteworthy (as in negative) I'll update this review. Motivation I wanted to buy a sturdy phone holder that I could use in multiple cars without the unit falling apart on me from repeated removal and installation. I also wanted it to have good cable management with cables included. Dock The dock is well made with rubber pads on all of the contact points to the device. I especially like the design of the upper arm that holds the top of the phone/device in place. It uses a spring loaded upper arm that has an adjustable load tension which can be reduced by removing a spring. Although, I find the factory installed tension to be sufficiently adequate. One nice feature of the dock is it's cable management. The included USB/audio cable is a two piece cable which nicely attaches to the back of the dock. The cable can be reoriented so the micro USB connector is either on right or left side. It comes installed on the right side but iBolt (rightly) recommend switching it to the left. On the subject of the cable and connector, it's worth noting that the cable is quite stiff and difficult to bend (iBolt acknowledges this). My concern would be the load this puts on the phone's usb connector in the long run. I would think that a USB 3 connector might provide less stress on the connector. Pre-purchase experience After some research, I'd pretty much decided that I wanted to buy the xProDock but I wasn't sure about their Android app. In particular I was concerned about iBolt app's privacy policy regarding access to user data on the phone (contacts, gps, etc) so I sent their customer support an email about it, fully expecting to get back a generic reply alluding to some vague policy buried somewhere deep in a EULA. To my surprise, I received a reply (from Mikael Petersson) explaining how they use the phone's GPS data and contact data. While I would still prefer they put this in a FAQ on their site, it's still good that they sent me an answer (see below): "Thank you for your reply. Our application never transfer any information from the device to a remote server, to iBOLT or any third party. The application Dock'n Drive only accesses the geo-location on the phone in order to make the features of the App work properly. The access to Wi-Fi is only for the purpose of turning it on and off, as per settings options. Finally, access to contacts is only used for the purpose of positioning your favorite contacts into the "tiles" so you have easy access to them while driving. I hope and trust this information answers your questions? Thanks! Mikael Petersson" Product support Shortly after ordering the dock through Amazon, I was pleased to receive an email from iBolt support containing helpful tips for installing/configuring the dock for the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 as well as links to videos and the iBolt dock app. Of course I recognize that it's an automated email but what is significant is that they [iBolt] invested the time and effort into putting this in place to help their customer get the most out of their product. It also goes a long way to reduce user error related complaints and negative reviews. Coupled with their reply to my privacy concern about the app, it demonstrates to me that the company values it's customers. I hope they continue to keep focusing on their customers as they grow.

Almost (Updated)
UPDATE AT BOTTOM! The dock itself is great. It's nice and sturdy and I have no doubt everything would hold in place so long as nothing broke. My problem was with the cable. It worked fine for one afternoon. The next day, inserting the cable resulted in "Dock mode enabled" followed immediately by "Dock mode disabled". I can manually start my dock app, but there is no indication that I'm in any sort of dock mode. I swapped out the long USB/stereo splitter cable for a short standard micro USB cable and it worked fine. Of course, this removes my ability to use the combined stereo cable. I repeated the same thing on my girlfriend's S4 to verify it wasn't a problem with my phone, and then returned the unit for another one. The second unit does the exact same thing, but this time I have to wiggle the USB coupler to get the phone to recognize it. Sometimes it will go into dock mode and stay there, but more often than not it will immediately drop out. It seems to work okay assuming I've wiggled the coupler exactly right, and I also unplug the stereo connector before plugging in the USB. Thinking there was some noise on my aux line or something, I brought the unit inside and tried it on my laptop with the same results. So in summation, you're buying two proprietary cables with almost no reliability that will turn your 40 dollar car dock into a 15 dollar car dock as soon as the cables go bad. Save yourself the heartache and buy something else in the first place. UPDATE: After posting this review, I sent a follow-up email to customer service and was told there was a batch of units that went out with bad cables. Based on this information, I bought a third unit from Amazon. This one worked properly. It now does just about everything I want. 4 stars instead of 5 for a few reasons. First, there is apparently a big lot of bad units out there that haven't been recalled. I got two of them, and it was a very bad experience. We're not talking about buying from some seedy eBay dealer. These were official docks purchased from the Verizon store. Secondly, the short cable is kind of annoying. It's been about a week, and it still takes me a few seconds to get the thing hooked up. Since it's so stiff, you don't really get any feedback in your fingers while plugging it in. Maybe I'll get used to it over time. Third, I'm not too fond of the iBolt Dock n Drive software. There's nothing really wrong with it, but as a personal preference I don't really care for the speedometer taking up space and the GPS eating my battery. Unfortunately my cable doesn't put me into "Car Mode", but rather "Dock Mode". As such, my preferred car dock program is not a selectable option when I insert the phone into the dock. This may be a limitation of the phone and not the cable though, so I'm not deducting any points for that. Finally, the cable is WAY TOO LONG! I could hook this thing up to my dash and use it in my trunk if I wanted to. That in itself sounds great, but the length of the cable introduces some losses in signal and power. This means your phone is going to charge about half as quickly. Again, no points taken off for this since I'd rather have a 9 foot cable and need a 3 foot cable than have a 3 foot cable and need a 9 foot cable. Still, it'd be great if exchanging it for a shorter one was an option. New update: Customer service is no longer responsive. My phone updated to Lollipop (as have/will ALL Galaxy S4 devices) and the USB audio no longer works. The USB audio is literally the only reason to buy this dock, and now it's gone. Perhaps there is a way to enable it in the OS, but I have no idea. Customer service refuses to answer their emails or respond to Amazon queries. Just so it's clear, this dock does NOT appear to be compatible with the Galaxy S4 any longer.

A dissapointment for the price.
Now before I get into my main review it is worth noting that I originally purchased this product on July 31, 2014, nearly 11 months ago. Last Friday (June 19, 2015) the swivel ball on the suction cup mount failed (see pictures) and as a result I am no longer able to use the product. At the time of purchase the price of the iBolt xProDock was more expensive by about $10.00, rounding out to a little under $40 US. I personally consider that a tad pricey for a phone holder, especially one that did not survive a year's worth of usage. At it's currently lower price you might find this to be better deal, but I ended up disappointed unfortunately. It is also worth noting that I used this product quite regularly as I drive for a Ride Sharing Service (e.g. Lyft, Uber, and Sidecar). Since getting the product it has seen on average about 30 to 40 hours a week holding my phone over the last 11 months. Given the nature of the job, an ideal phone holder needs to securely and steadily hold my phone in clear line of sight while I am driving, be durable enough to survive consistent usage, provide an adequate charge to keep the phone on while I am working, and allow for easy removal and re-attachment of the phone should I need to leave my vehicle for any reason. Now, on to the review. THE GOOD: My phone of choice is the Galaxy Note 3, wrapped in an Otterbox Defender Case which makes for a rather large phone. I know of a couple other phone docks that do actually hold the Note 3 without a case, but this is the only product I am aware of that is able to open wide enough to handle the phone with this thick of a case. As the instructions note, it is necessary to remove one spring from the sliding jaw to allow for easier removal and re-attachment of the phone, but despite this the phone still feels snug and secure in the dock. I have never had an issue with the phone coming loose from the dock. In addition the dock is of good enough construction that, when attached to a windshield, vibrations while driving are minimal. The suction cup is plenty strong and never came off the glass in all the hours I put on it. Some other users have noted that the suction cup might not work as well on other surfaces but I never placed it anywhere other than my windshield so I can't verify of deny this. THE BAD: My main complaint is simply that the product broke after less than a year's worth of use. As I stated before, given the high price of the product originally I would have expected that the xProDock last longer than it did. Throughout my usage I took care not to torque or twist the mount while attaching or removing my phone and I would loosen up the rear nut any time I needed to rotate the mount. It does not come as a surprise that the mount broke at this location as it is the thinnest plastic connection point, however I remain disappointed in the overall longevity of the product. I also found that the rubber foot on the movable arm was almost entirely flattened by the end of my usage (see pictures), and the plastic cover that hides the USB connection on the back of the dock occasionally fell off while I was driving. I also suspect that my suction cup was melting a bit as when I would remove it to clean my windshield it would remain stuck in place until I peeled it off and it would leave a sticky residue behind on the glass. Aside from construction issues, there are a couple of other things I generally disliked about the xProDock. As many other users have noted, the Audio and Charging splitter provided with the Dock does not provide adequate charging capabilities. Now on the plus side the exceptional length of the cable made it easy to hide the wires around my dashboard and the ability to have one cable that both charged and allowed me to play music from the phone was great. However, when I am working I use several power hungry applications at once; the Ride Sharing app, a GPS millage tracker, and Pandora or another music player. I discovered that if the screen was on full brightness the phone would actually Be Losing Charge even when plugged in with a 2.1 Amp charger. I actually had my phone die while plugged in on several occasions which is unacceptable given that I absolutely need my phone on for work. Eventually I was forced to go back to using a standard length charging cable as I could not rely on the xProDock to provide a good charge. I also found that the Micro USB cable that attaches directly to your phone from the dock was a bit too stiff and had the plastic around one connector fail at some point (See pictures). Given the stiffness of the cable it is advisable to connect the Micro USB before latching the phone into the dock as doing it the other way around is much harder. As of this review they have released an updated version of the Dock that looks like it could potentially provide a more consistent change, however it looks as if the overall design on the actual plastic remains the same so the construction issues I experienced may persist. If you are looking at this product as an aid for ride-sharing and use a large smart phone with a thick case, this dock is worth a consideration at it's currently lower price, however I would advise not using the built in cable for charging.

Great product
This is one sturdy dock! Fitted this in my car today and I must say it's a very well built robust unit. Managed to get the sucker to fit on my Mazda 3 dash without using the supplied fixing disc which is a first for me, normally I can't get them to stick but this one is firm. I routed the cable to make a permanent install but like others, I had the buzzing/whine audio issue. Luckily for me, I had this problem with my griffin iPod dock and already had a Kensington ground loop audio cable. This instantly removed the background buzz/whine without affecting my audio, so I'm buzz/whine free! I had an email from the manufacturer today giving me a few tips and using the dock with my S4 was a little tight, so I promptly removed one of the springs as instructed in the email they sent, very easy to do and made a big difference and it still grips really well. I use the free ibolt dock n drive app which I think is a must when using this. The interface is great and very easy to customise. I can use sat nav and listen to my music at the same time, with the music volume lowering to allow for sat nav instructions. Overall I think this is very good value for money. I used to use an iPod touch for sat nav and music and my phone for calls, now I can do this all from one unit (providing I use a blue tooth headset). Very happy with my purchase and all the minor issues are very easily fixed.
