Took ages to find a square toilet seat that would fit our RAK Ceramic Toilet. didn't know if it would be the right shape but took a chance and so glad I did.Perfect size shape and super build quality. A good quality, robust toilet seat with slow closing seat and cover. I would say it was worth at least 4.5 stars as it does looks good in situe and is also easy to fit and remove. The only bugbear that I have is that the securing screws need frequent tightening. I am tightening it up sufficiently and it stays solidly in position for about a week before it needs re-tightening. Note that this may not be the case for everyone. The ceramic toilet base upper surface isn’t exactly going to grip the underside of the seat supports so it tends to slide over time after frequent use, slowly loosening the screws that hold the seat in place.

I remember spending far too long lying uncomfortably on a bathroom floor trying to secure traditional toilet fittings, only to have the seat move again or be misaligned. This system is a total contrast - simple to do and the seat was replaced in 10 minutes. It is also good to know that if I have aligned it badly, it is very easy to take the seat off and adjust. Brilliant. Also will be much easier to clean.Sadly, the first seat supplied was faulty - the release mechanism wouldn't release - but the Amazon return system worked well and the perfect replacement arrived two days later.So I highly recommend both the product and the customer service.

I purchased two of these, and firstly I’d like say that this toilet seat is of very good quality, and the soft close is also good. However, I will very quickly follow that compliment with the problem I encountered. It is IMPOSSIBLE to securely attach the seat to the lavatory pan without it wobbling using the connection materials supplied. Now, I’m not stupid. I can read and understand instructions and am quite adept at straightforward DIY. I struggled for over an hour to securely attach the toilet seat, trying the different fixing methods provided, effing and jeffing without any success 🤬 Not one to be defeated, I ended up using some of the fittings from the old seat and some rubber washers to achieve a secure, no-wobble connection. I took this knowledge with me into the next bathroom and fitted the second toilet seat inside 10 minutes!They both look great and are working well now, but please be aware of this issue when buying.

I bought 2 of these and they were SO easy to fit. They were packaged very well and look so lovely for the price.Really pleased and so glad I ordered these rather than paying double elsewhere for similar product.

First impressions- It doesn't feel as sturdy as my old toilet seat, it's just normal plastic and feels less hard wearing- The top fitting connectors were so simple to install. A massive upgrade from my old underneath fittings which required me to reach under and around to tighten them- There are 4 underneath pads on the seat and the front 2 sit flat to the toilet rim but the back 2 are slightly raised and don't touch the toilet. This could potentially be a problem in future with the seat cracking with the constant use and pressing down on it *- The soft close fitting are what you'd expect. Silent, but slow.Overall ok, some concerns about the plastic quality and the pads not sitting flat to the seat but first few uses have been fine. It has only been used for just a few hours at the time of writing this review so I may come back and update this in a few months.* I used my old toilet seat pads to help with this by trimming down the old pad and then using some bathroom silicone to glue the old pad to the new to create a thicker pad. The back ones now sit flat to the seat but the front ones are marginally higher. It has taken the pressure off the back hinge which should reduce any potentially cracking but I think I will make the front ones slightly thicker using the old pads too so theyre level. I've added pictures to show the difference.

Many reviews say the toilet seat moves while others say it doesn’t. I’d like to point out, that the package for this toilet seat contains 2 different tripe of fixings you can use. The white plastic one is flimsy and won’t securely hold down the toilet seat and this is the fixing on our old toilet seat that caused it to move relentlessly which is why we needed a replacement. We used the black rubber ones and screwed it tightly and it wouldn’t budge. Of course we’d need more time to say that it’s solidly sturdy but so far it’s doing amazing.Using the black fixing was simple and easy compared to the white one (so I’d really advise you to pick the black rubber fixing when installing).The seat is a soft close, does take a while to close but we’re not bothered.The quick release button makes it easy to clean, no extra fuss.Overall an amazing and well needed replacement.

Il prodotto è di qualità medio bassa, realizzato in polipropilene con spessore appena sufficiente per il suo impiego. Nel mio caso l’oggetto è arrivato danneggiato, probabilmente sia a causa dell’imballo insufficiente che della bassa qualità realizzativa. Non ne consiglio l’acquisto, meglio optare per prodotti più costosi ma durevoli.
