Easy to swallow and no after taste
I have been buying this brand of iron for 3 years now for my mom who is over 90 years old. The capsule is easy for her to swallow. There's no after taste. She doesn't get constipated like she has with other brands. I will continue to purchase this iron supplement.

Appreciate the low dose
These seem effective based on my lab reports before and after taking them. I appreciate that they come in just 18mg. My iron was low enough to make me feel lousy but no so low that I would need (or want) to take some of the mega dose supplements out there. I only need one every other day and they have made a positive difference for me.
