Item did not work. Received the phone it’s broken not working. When I call people can’t hear me. Phone has scratches I know it’s refurbished but it’s not working. Sending it back. Seller sold something that literally doesn’t work

Absolutely shocking , didn’t work screen unresponsive came very poorly packaged in only a tiny piece of bubble wrap , will never order another phone from Amazon, very disappointed

iPhone XR en muy buena condicion. Lo compre para mi hojo de 4 años y no queria gastar mucho dinero en algun celular bueno y que termine de descomponer, tampoco queria un celular tan barato que al mes de uso se pusiera lento (a pesar que solo va a usar Disney y Youtube Kids) asi que por 3700 y lo mejor que fue a Meses sin intereses me parecio la mejor opcion para mi hijo comprarle un iphone, pero como se que tarde o temprano le estrellara la pantalla o le va hacer algo no le queria comprar uno nuevo y tampoco me importaba mucho en que xondicion estara el telefono, lo cual me sorprendio que al ser renovado tenia un minimo raspon

Overall this was a good purchase. The iPhone XR 64GB looked almost perfectly new, I couldn’t find a single scratch on it. The screen is perfect and it responds to touch quickly. The phone is fully unlocked and it works on Canadian networks. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because the battery life is at 85%. I knew it wouldn’t be 100% but I was hoping for 90% based on other reviews. But I am still satisfied, it’s a good phone for the price.

Me he sorprendido con lo que he recibido, he pedido 2 equipos, con cierta incredulidad y ansiedad por no saber que esperar, ya que en las reseñas hay buenas y malas en poca cantidad pero las hay, la mayoria de las malas hacian mencion en detalles esteticos como rayones o pequeños golpes en la carcasa (en mi caso no me importaban), fallos en display, rendimiento de la bateria, bocinas y o microfono. Bueno pues con mucha alegria he de informarles que ambos equipos llegaron en perfectas condiciones, en estetica y funcionamiento, siempre grabando desde el unboxing de ambos equipos y las pruebas de funcinamiento para tener un seguro y pruebas de los equipos en caso de que hubiese algun problema pedir reembolso, las pruebas en orden fueron de vista(estetica), funcionamiento de display, sonido y microfono, de red (llamadas e internet), y todas resultando exitosas, en cuanto a calidad de la bateria ambos estan al 91 y 89 % (entendible para equipos seminuevos). En resumen, fue una buena compra en relacion calidad/precio, el por que no mencione que fue "excelente" es por que aun tengo que ver como funcionan durante 3 meses que cubren de garantia sin que tengan problema alguno.
