Wanted one of these for ages and ages. Finally got around to picking one up and really pleased with the result. Pro's: Easy to put together, Easy to use. Does the job well and with ease and great for making highballs and whisky tumblers etc. . Cons: its a bit crude as far as deign goes and leaves a lot to the person using it whether or not the cut will work. Size of cut is limited, I wanted to make some tealight holders and napkin rings from small jalapeno jars, but there's no way. Rubbing down the cut with the emery paper is tedious and really doesn't do much at all. I put a fine sanding disk on my drill and rubbed down the burr. The buff was one in a couple of mins leaving a lovely smooth rim pretty much like a mass produced glass. My opinion, if you have wine bottles and want to make hi-ball and tumblers this is perfect. Also good for vases etc. My pics tell it all.

Does the job.

Brilliant item, does exactly what it says and works perfectly. Care must be taken and I would advise not rushing it, but the end result is lovely if you follow the instructions correctly. Feels like a good quality item that can be used by novices.

Works well

Sadly doesn't work. I tried with a dozen bottles. Cheap wine bottles and beer bottles for practise and then with other sentimental bottles (whiskey and champagne). Not a single one broke cleanly. I was expecting some attrition, perhaps 20-30% but for none of them to work is disappointing. The allegedly diamond tip wouldn't score the glass without significant force, the design of the frame was incredibly poor. This is a badly designed and mass produced piece of rubbish. I would not recommend. For what it's worth, I have used a different bottle cutter in the past and it has worked, so I'm reasonably sure the issue was the equipment and not the technique.

Good quality worth the money

Very good at what it’s supposed to be, can adjust the whole lot of wheels as well as the obvious adjustable length piece to fit other sizes of bottles etc, takes practice to get it right but it’s an easy enough process that is fun and satisfying - worth it for the money

traté de cortar tres botellas de vino tinto y jamás pude cortar como debe de ser y al cortar una de cerveza si se pudo. Debo resaltar que una botella de cerveza es mucho muy delgada que una de vino tinto, que era para lo que pensaba usarla. ahora mi pretensión es regresarla y que me envien otro cortador de botellas de mejor calidad y yo pagar la diferencia

Tried so many times to cut a square bottle (only reason I got it) doesn’t work. Might be good for round but I doubt it.
