Weaver rail - NOT Picatinny rail. Fit Rossi R92 .357 Magnum perfectly.
Fit my Rossi R92 .357 Magnum perfectly with one slight adjustment. The front most screw was just a fraction too long so I shortened it very slightly with a Dremel so it wouldn't bottom out. Note that it is a Weaver rail, NOT a Picatinny rail, so any mount for a red dot that uses more than one cross screw may not work as the slots won't line up with Picatinny spacing. You could cut a second slot easily with a Dremel if desired.

The rail mached the screw holes perfectly. The problem is it doesn't match the barrel taper. The scope I mounted on the rail tips down in the front and I'm not able to sight it in. I have turned the adjustment on the scope for hight as far as it will go. I'm going to try lower rings but I'm very skeptical.

Finally.... a fit.
Finally.... after trying multiple mounts that 'claim' to fit the CONTENDER series, this one seems to be the right choice. When I bought into the Thompson CONTENDER series back in the '70s, there were 27 different barrel choices, and only a few scope mounts durable for the growing list of cannons that were being drilled. One of the most sought after, and most weird today, was the .256 Winchester. My two barrels in that caliber are still rocking and the Weaver 92A allows me to put red dots on that screaming cartridge. The mount doesn't look like much, but it works, is solid, and when you need a platform to mount just about ANYTHING, it gets the job done. Even my 30-30 barrel has yet to throw its scope.

It does fit the Rossi trifecta 22 barrell , but not perfectly

Screws don’t fit into the barrel. It said it fits a Rossi 92 and the screws barely go 2 turns in. So now I have to buy a $70 assorted screw kit and hopefully find one that fits.
