very enjoyable tea

My regular sleep tea is Pukka Nighttime. Ahmad is a really nice alternative. These are individual wrapped bags. It is quite sweet (there are honey crystals, or some such, in the tea). Nice fragrance. Certainly seems to send me to sleep. The third option is Clipper sleep tea. That's good, but I find the smell unpleasant.

i was searching for herbal remedies to my partners insomnia. My partner wasnt fussed on the taste, i however loved it. I'd have it an hour before bed and honestly my eyes were knocking themselves out, totally relaxed me and full nights sleep followed, slep through our toddler shouting out through the night oops

Lovely tasting sleepy tea, it's never going to work like a kosh but it definitely makes me feel relaxed and my eyelids heavy!

Not bad, probably an acquired taste but not too offending on taste buds

Cup every night just before bed its great. And tastes great too.

Fabulous presentation and great taste as well.great for weight loss although I don't take it often.

I’ve tried a lot of chamomile and sleep blend teas but this is the first one that actually works. It is pleasant tasting and quickly remove the day’s stress so you fall asleep with no morning grogginess.

This is my new, favourite night time tea. The flavour is lovely - very soothing and relaxing.

Great relaxing tea. Chamomile and lemon balm are my two favorite herbs for sleep, this has both and then some.
