Dos this ssd comes with an m2 screw?

No, but the [M.2 NVME to PCIe 3.0 x4 Adapter, M.2 NVME SSD to PCI-e 3.0 x 4 Host Controller Expansion Cards] I purchased came with both standoff and screw. Sweet!

Just bought a new pc and realized my ssd is garbage. is there an easy way to transfer from a sata ssd to this like the operating system and games?

Just make sure you are set up for a gen 3 NvMe drive on your motherboard. If it can take that, then this should be a good upgrade. I have their 2.5 in SATA drives in both my PCs and they work great. I have an OEM type NvMe drive as well that is the same manufacturer and it is awesome, just small. This will be a likely upgrade for that drive later.

Will this 1 tb card work on my asus laptop gl702vm?

I think it depends on which version of that laptop you have. The manual shows both NVME and SATA M.2 depending on exact model. Mine only takes SATA M.2 in the slot. Other versions have more than one slot IIRC.
