connection to phone is loose and will frequently disconnect. the software bugs out and crashes if you go from bright to dark or visa versa too quickly. Image quality under normal light is ok, but under its own leds is blurred and essentially unusable

Image quality is useable and lights just about do the job and are adjustable, it is fully plug and play compatible with Windows 10 and you can use the built-in Camera app in 10 to view and record from it. I would not download or install the bundled software which is of somewhat unknown origin and a potential security risk. Build quality isn't amazing though for the most part does the job but unfortunately the USB connector is flimsy and movement can cause the camera to disconnect and reconnect - I'll probably cut it off and put my own on, likewise the included USB adaptors are low quality and unreliable in use. End of the day you get what you pay for but the camera itself is perfectly useable for inspections.

I bought this for use on my android phone with USB C. It comes with an adapter for that so it should work fine. However the adapter is such poor quality that it won't plug in to the phone fully and the camera lead is really loose in the adapter. This means it only works if you carefully hold the whole thing in a certain position, and even then I only managed about 2 seconds before it lost it again. Fortunately I already had a decent quality adapter and using that it works fine. It still freezes occasionally and needs to be unplugged to get it working again but it's not often enough to be really annoying. The cable is reasonably stiff which helps getting the camera where you want it. It was cheap so I wasn't expecting great things but it's good enough for occasional use.

This is one of the few endoscopy available in the 15-20gbp price range that is a REAL UVC CAMERA with 2MP (1600x1200) resolution! The camera is recognised by standard UVC camera software on Android but also on Linux! I expect it to work out of the box on Windows too, given it is exposed as a standard UVC device. Many other endoscopes either promise 1080p but actually are 720p cameras, or they are not real UVC cameras and use a proprietary protocol that requires special apps, such as the endoscopes that usually recommend using the Useeplus or XScope smartphone apps.

I identified many uses for this type of equipment around the house and workshop and was excited to get started trying it out at a reasonable price. Followed the instructions and downloaded the app to my phone, it briefly connected and flashed up a grainy but reasonable image in fairly good light. it then disconnected within seconds and upon several further attempts kept disconnecting/crashing. No good for me, too unreliable...disappointing. Frustrating that the hardware is obviously working (at least occasionally) but the software is not fit for purpose. How hard can it be to get that right????

USBC adapter didn't work. Got it going with my own adapter. Organised myself to put it down drain for inspection. It stopped working before I could put it in the drain. Failed to work ever since. Don't waste your money!

Sehr gutes Endoskop, klare Bilder, sehr gut finde ich die ausziehbare Befestigungsstange für die Kamera. Ich benutze das Endoskop oft für mein Aquarium um zwischen den Lebendsteinen und Krusten zu schauen.

It's not good as expected. Not good packaging or box. it's working but not as high standard definition image quality. It's really sensitive, if it is slightly movement at connector then it stop working. It's same as cheap one So not to waste money.
