Notifies of power failure too!
I have set it up to remotely activate an alarm. Nice plus in this product is that it provides an app alert if power goes down. It is perfect for monitoring security situations.

Good and useful
Very good programmable smart plug. I am using for charging my devices by using its auto timers for switching on and off as pre programmed, which avoids over charging of devices. I liked its features, but only worried about its life as earlier one I have been using stopped functioning after few years.

Customer Support non existent
Product worked okay for about 4 months but has given way suddenly probably due to fluctuating voltage. It heats up at a specific point but doesn’t work. I have been trying to get in touch with customer support but to no avail. The app also shows no means to connect to customer care or share grievance.

No energy monitoring available
The plug is good. The build quality feels good enough for daily use and it is perfect for normal size plugs as well. I was able to pair it using the Wipro app as well since I am using the same for my other plugs. Looks like all these devices have been sourced from the same manufacturer. However the big disappointing thing is that it doesn't have energy monitoring feature which is a big letdown for me and is a must have for a smart plug. It should have been added considering the device isn't cheap.
