How tall is the 8mm flange?

the flange base is 3mm high and the total height is 13mm. diameter of the flange is 32mm and the diameter of the post is 16mm.

Are their any with thread for the 4 little holes?

No, they are not threaded. I actually drilled out the set ecrew holes and tapped them for 1/4" set screws. Much more secure. Ypu coule tap the 4 holes for scres if you want to.

What is the diameter or radius of the four mounting holes for the 6mm part?

The 4 holes are each about 3/32” diameter, just under 1/8”.
