Unbelievable Flavor
I want to preface by saying I have not been using this long enough to experience physical pros/cons, but the flavor is amazing. It blends easy and is very smooth. If you took lemon cake, blended it with milk, you would have this flavor. 10 oz of water + 1 scoop = legit

Awesome Post Workout Protein
First of all, the flavor is actually quite good. A subtle lemon flavor on top of a frosted cake flavor. One scoop mixed very well with about 12 oz of water which was surprising given that other powders always seem to leave chunks. So far I am a fan of this powder.

I really like the choice of ingredients for after workout, but the taste is extremely sweet. Takes a lot of water to swallow it.

Taste is spot on
This stuff is great!! It is very delicious and the most tasty protein powder I have ever tried. The flavor is spot on and does not let you down. I buy the iced lemon cake flavor and it is exactly what you would expect and imagine the real thing to taste like. It’s sweet and has a creamy consistency when mixed with water. Even though it’s lemon it’s more sweet than a tangy lemon taste. It really hits the spot when I find myself with a dessert type of craving. Highly recommend.

Disgusting flavor and consistency
Having ordered the iced lemon cake flavor, I didn't know what to expect...but this wasn't it. It tastes like lemon-flavores vomit, and even after a solid 30s of shaking in a blender bottle I still had notable chunks of powder. First Kaged product I've had after experimenting away from my usual brands, and will certainly be the last.

Re-Kaged is the best post-workout protein. It has added ingredients to build muscle and recover fast.

Great result. Just the taste isn’t for me.
I love this brand. I love the results I get from this product, but I have tried two flavors of reKage. The lemon cake and the strawberry lemonade. I just struggle to get it down. I will keep getting things from Kage but re Kage isn’t meant for me.
