The perfect chair?
I have went through a few office and gaming chairs until I found this one. This is hands down the most comfy chair I've sat in. Use: It's amazing for working from home or long gaming sessions. Assembly: The chair is heavy (35kg), so you might need some help to screw everything together. It did take me a while to get the screws in place for the arm rests due to the hole alignment, but I got there. When assembled, the weight isn't an issue, the chair will glide across the floor easily. Erogonomics: there's a wide range of customisable options for the height of the chair, the tilt of the back (which locks at whichever interval you want), arm rests can raise / lower / angle. The removable lumbar cushion is excellent, it provides loads of nice plump support. The chair is quite wide, so theres plenty of room for most people. Im 6ft and 198kg and have plenty of room. Build quality: It feels really premium. The materials feel nice, the padding on the seat and lumbar cushion is absolutely fantastic. There are no squeaks or creaks (not yet). It feels genuinely solid and robust. Conclusion: this chair is perfect for me as I work from home and do a lot of gaming. It's super comfortable and feels very premium, like it'll last for a long time. I love the customisation options and love the rocking chair function. I definitely rate this 5 stars, its the best thing I purchased last year.

Very comfy, Great features and adjustability, and fairly priced!
To be honest I was in two minds, I weigh 125kg which is I believe is 5kg over the limit for this chair. Now I don't know how me being so, would affect a warranty claim but as for the the chair itself, wow! It came packaged really well! Two guy delivery, through the front door! Superb! It was so well packaged, as it well thought out, with great presentation. The instructions, were thick and good quality too, and easy to follow. It did take some time, but assembly was easy enough! The size of the chair is perfect for me, I'm 5'11" and 125kg, if you are a taller than 6 foot, i'd say go for the XL, as being this little bit taller would mean you couldn't fully utilise the head cushion correctly, especially since it is magnetised in place, and if you'd move it up to high upon the backrest of the chair, then it won't be fully secure, mine is 2" from the top and if it were any higher, it wouldn't stay in place. Padding is ample, and leaves the chair feeling very comfortable. It has a wide array of adjustability too, all of which serve a purpose, and do so very well. The wheels (castors) feel premium, as does the whole chair, but they glide with a smooth yet soft feel over wooden flooring. Overall, I am very impressed with this chair...be warned, if you have cats, do not get the fabric one! As I have learned, it won't last 5 minutes otherwise. lol live an learn

Very comfy and great for working from home or gaming.
A very comfy chair. Very supportive, amazing build quality and plush materials. But for the price you'd expect nothing less! I'm a bigger guy, I'm 6'3 and weight about 18 stone....so gaming chairs have always been a bit of an issue for me personally. They were either too narrow and felt like the bolsters were digging in to my hips, I'm not massive by any means, but anyone who's above what manufacturers deem a normal size would probably get where I'm coming from. So I've always bought the xl varients to give me that bit more room. This thing is completely different. And it's the standard size... Chair, no xl variation, this is just how it's made. Coming from a secretlabs titan xl to this is genuinely amazing. I loved the look of my secretlabs but I found it was not that comfortable and did get uncomfortable after a few hours. I also noted that the build quality wasn't that good considering the hefty price tag. This chair is genuinely perfect in every aspect, bar one. The foam is supportive yet amazingly comfortable. The general dimensions are great for the larger person, the leatherette is very high quality and won't wear or tear easily. The cushions provided are of the same high quality as the chair, not some afterthought they've thrown in. the tilt lock and base are all very solidly built. And you don't feel like you're going to break it by leaning or reclining too far. The wheels are silent and roll very well over carpet. Literally couldn't ask for more, bar one thing... The arm rests. I'm not sure what it is with chair designers/manufacturers. But they need to get it into their heads that if we want comfort it should extend to all parts of the chair. Unfortunately these arm rests are the usual "soft" plastic affair, by soft plastic I mean it's like a dash board. Fine for resting your arm on for a few mins but after a while it's just not nice. I solved this issue by using my armrest covers I had on my previous chair, but really they should be atleast padded from factory! Seriously though. Buy it. it worked out over £150 less than an equivalent secretlabs but it's better in every way.

Great until something goes wrong
I did like the chair, i bought the xl one as im not small and wanted to make sure it would last. It stated that it would be fine with 150kg and me being a good 20 to 30kg below that i assumed this would be the case. the chair is comfortable and comes across as well built however almost 6 months to the date i hear a pop and find a sheared bolt on the floor. the whole central block that deals with the tilt/adjustment is warped and being pushed from the inside out. Now as its 6 months after buying it amzon wont deal with it and this is where the trouble started. over a week to get the first reply, i had to send the faulty photo/videos 4 times with an explanation each time a replacement was offered and i was told it would be delivered the following day, im now over a week later ive asked several times for tracking inform and confirmation but every time i just the same. "ill update when i have postage info" As you can tell im getting annoyed, every message comes with a days delay, the person who im talking to is in china and basically is useless as they cant give me a straight answer. If this carries on i will be demanding my money back as this is silly now. @Anda Why on earth say "Chair will be out for delivery today, and will be delivered today or tomorrow I supposed." when you cant even prove the items being sent over a week later. Sort out a Uk team who can deal with these orders if you cant correctly deal with it yourself.

Very comfortable but difficult to assemble alone
Decided to treat myself to a good chair rather than go for a cheaper option from IKEA for working from home. I'm 6'3" and 95kg and this chair is just the right size, I had been thinking that I would need an xl size chair but due to supply issues these aren't available in the UK yet. There is plenty of space on the seat so you don't feel hemmed in. I have a standard office table in my home office and I like the fact the arm rests can be pushed down so the chair can be pulled in under the table when working at the computer. I didn't think the lumbar pillow would be any use but it really adds to the comfort of sitting in the seat for 8 hours along with the neck support pillow. The seat support is just right not to be too soft that you sink into the seat but not too hard that you feel sore after a few hours in the seat. After 8 hours in the seat each day I have no aches or pains, not like I do in my office chair. I can imagine in hot weather you may sweat a bit with the leather if this is a concern go for the cloth version instead. Chair assembly is mostly straightforward until you get to the part where you attach the backrest to the seat, the trick is to put the bolts in as loose as possible one side and then try to push the other side of the chair inwards as you attach the bolts on that side to get them to catch. Then you can tighten both sides up. Needed another person to help with this bit so be prepared for some frustration but ultimately this chair is 100% worth it. Reassuringly heavy, no squeaks or creaks. Nice chair to rock in and the recline feature is crazy where you can go fully horizontal and not feel the chair is going to topple over. Overall a great chair, no regrets in buying this, especially if you can get it during the sales, I had got £100 off the price on Prime day deal.

Honestly - a good purchase, but falls short of being a stellar purchase.
It’s a great chair - with minor niggles. Very sturdy, very comfortable, even for extended periods of use. Assembly is fairly trivial - maybe an hour all in, give or take. It’s supportive and easy to have it contour to your own body shape or support preference. Lack of useful lumbar support is an annoyance at this price. Yes, there’s a cushion you can move - but it’s frankly stupid and an afterthought as there’s no way to make a semi permanent adjustment to it. You literally sit in the chair, lean forward, raise it and lean back. Which is a shocking oversight at the price. Cut outs for securing the upper pillow are in the wrong place for anyone not 5 foot dead - and you’re taller than that if looking at this chair. Aim the strap to cover the logo and it’ll work much better. Arm quality is a little “meh”. Good adjustment on the whole but the play in then detract from perceived quality - should be better at £350. Good chair, would buy again. But if the manufacturer had addressed the lack of lumbar support it’d be a great chair worthy of five stars, and if the arms were slightly less flimsy it’d be a superb chair.

Big, comfy chair.
I was coming from a GTForce Roadster chair that I had used for 6 years, was only around £100 when I bought it, Going from this to the Anda what can I say. Amazing. The difference of course will be there simply due to the price, but the quality, sturdiness and comfort of this chair is worlds apart from what I had. I'm a big guy 6'1 easily between 300-350lbs, I was worried that any chair I bought would struggle to handle me but this chair has completely satisfied me in that regard, no issue. Nice tilt action and locking function so I can go between more comfort by tilting back or sitting upright when I need to. Assembly was even easier than my previous chair even though it is bigger and heavier by almost double. The only issue I had was with the headrest cushion, the default position it comes in is (for me as a 6ft 1inch guy) between my shoulder blades which is awkward, but I was able to hook the strap around the top of the headrest which was a much better fit for my height. Armrests very customizable with height, width and angle settings to suit anyone. It's also nice and quiet, at least coming from my previous chair it was pretty noisy, but the Anda Kaiser is silent when sitting on it. Easily the best £300 I have spent on anything for a while, it has everything I could've wanted, very happy with purchase and will definitely consider Anda Seat for future upgrades.

Great chair, really easy to build but very uncomfortable
Chair has full of feautures and is an amazing chair but the bucket seat design is so bad, its held by metal instead o just having a bucket seat sponge so while the material is soft the metal isnt and it digs into my legs, very uncomfortable build it yesterday today debating returning it. Its comfortable but not for long periods of time, I'm debating just overall cutting out the metal parts from the chair to make it flat so I can use it as normal

Seat base screw hole damaged
The seat is very comfortable however the seat I got had an issue with one of the screw holes on the seat base since it was not drilled properly. The anda seat logo was also slightly faded on the metal lever to adjust the lumbar support. I returned the item and got a full refund within 24 hours. However I was unable to find the same seat in black and fabric and had to settle for Ash Grey in fabdic from a physical store. Definitely recommend if it ever comes back in stock.

Super Stuhl

Consiglio e straconsiglio l'acquisto.
